Chapter 106: 106:The Advertisement
Each branch had been forking out consistent profits, bolstered by Evan and Suri's reputation. People had even spotted Suri, sneaking in to have some beverages, much to the delight of the fans.
When the fans gathered, Suri would cast a beautiful smile and would endorse that Brew Heaven was the Secret to her energy, drawing even more customers.
From then, like a tsunami, customers would flood in, and even without Suri endorsements, Brew Heaven's success was assured. After all, once you have tasted a drink from Brew Heaven, you won't be able to drink somewhere else.
In such cases, the one who started to get afraid and faced a major loss was none other than Sunbucks. It can be said that every time a branch of Brew Heaven opened, the Sunbucks branch would be deserted.
And it wasn't just because of Brew Heaven's taste.
A cup of cold coffee and a pastry at Sunbucks would almost cost 1,000 rupees, while at Brew Heaven, you could enjoy a cake, a pastry, and some cookies along with special Brew Heaven Cold Coffee that would revitalize you, at just a measly 300 rupees.
So, given the stark contrast, who would want to go and look for you unless you are really brain-dead with too much money to spend?
Sunbucks had already started poaching Brew Heaven employees but it wouldn't work as Brew Heaven now used special machines that had been loaded with a ratio of Evan's signature tea blend which they named Godly teas along with others.
While Sunbucks did that, Brew Heaven also poached some people. Maria was afraid some people might be spies but Evan assured her by saying that she didn't need to worry about it.
For matters of spies or crooks, all could be left for him to take care of.
And just like,100 people were fired and strict charges were filed against them, taking everyone by surprise.
Abhijeet, who took up the role, served conclusive evidence that even made Sunbucks panic.

The Bombay studio buzzed with activity as Suri and her team put some final touches on the Brew Heaven advertisement shoot.
The studio was a hive of activity, but amidst all the flurry, Suri stood at the center, her cold efficiency evident as she personally oversaw every detail. Her commanding presence ensured that nothing escaped her scrutiny.
"Let's review the footage again," Suri instructed, her voice steady and authoritative. As she stood beside the monitor, her eyes meticulously examined every frame. "Make sure the color grading aligns with the vision. I want every detail perfect."
The post-production team scrambled to comply, adjusting settings and fine-tuning the edits while Suri's gaze followed their every move. She took the time to go through each scene, her expression unyielding as she scrutinized the work.
When the audio track was up next, Suri tapped her foot impatiently, listening to the playback with a critical ear. "The music needs to be perfectly synced with the visuals. Increase the bass here, and adjust the fade-out. It must be seamless."
She leaned over the sound engineer's workstation, pointing out the specific changes. "This part is too abrupt. Smooth it out. We need a flawless transition."
The crew member nodded vigorously, working to implement the adjustments while Suri hovered nearby. She flipped through a stack of notes, checking off tasks and making additional notes for tweaks.
"Check the final edit one more time," Suri directed, her tone leaving no room for argument. "And ensure that all the graphical elements are properly synced. I don't want to see any discrepancies."
Her attention to detail was relentless as she reviewed every aspect of the advertisement, her hands hovering over the controls to make last-minute adjustments. Suri's precise involvement left no room for error, her relentless pursuit of perfection drove the team to meet her standards.
With every step of the post-production process, Suri's dedication was clear. She personally ensured that each element was polished to her precise specifications before granting it final approval.
With the shoot nearing its end, a pang of excitement flickered within Suri. The advertisement was poised to make a huge splash, and she was eager to share this milestone with Evan.
Her cold expression softened and a warm, gentle smile resurfaced on her face.
She picked up her phone, her thoughts drifting to what Evan might say after learning this.
'Would he tease me for not calling sooner?'
'Would he ask if I missed him?'
'Or would he say, Suri, I missed you?'
She wasn't sure.
The possibilities made her smile as she dialed his number.
The phone rang, but there was no answer. Suri frowned, a flicker of concern crossing her mind.
"No, maybe he's just busy. After all, he won't ignore my calls. After all, we are close friends now."
"Let's try again…"
Suri dialed again, but this time.
[The number you are trying to reach is switched off. Please try again later.]
Suri, "...."
Is this what people mean by close friends?
...…
At Brew Heaven's Central Branch, BBSR, Utkal.
TAP! TAP!
Carrying a file with a list of chefs, Sam entered without knocking and spoke aloud, "Maria, here are the new Chefs. Do you want to take a look before I send it to Ev…"
SHSSH!
Maria waved her hand to shut him off, her expression serious as she spoke on the phone.
Sam frowned, puzzled as to what might have happened, only to realize that she was engrossed in girl talks.
"Hmm! Yes, he seems to be recovering well, but he's been cooped up in his room for some reason."
"Yes, he seems to be pushing himself, doing all kinds of weird things."
After having some more minor talk, Maria ended the call and put down her phone.
"Who was it? Don't tell me it was Suri?"
Maria raised her brows and stared at Sam with an inexplicable expression.
"Hmm! It was Suri!"
Shock flashed on Sam's face as he felt the world was going down.
"Suri just called you to check on Evan's well-being? It's…that's unbelievable," Sam muttered, still in shock.
"Well, 'cause that shithead wasn't answering her calls. She also wanted to inform you about the release advertisement release dates. Soon, it will be all over TV and YouTube."
Sam blinked, confused.
"Suri called him and he didn't answer… It seems like Evan is on his way to becoming a Sigma. If a celebrity like her had called me, then I would..." see-MVLeMpYr-for-more
Even before he could finish, a thick murderous glare froze him in his tracks, startling him.
"What you were saying? Why don't you say it again?"
"I… I…"
Before Sam could finish, a shoe came flying at him, which he dodged instinctively. After all, you are not truly an Asian if you haven't been slammed by flying slippers in your childhood.
