Axel was not worried about Beedrill cause it had a high defense. But the battle of these 4 Pokemons had been going on for more than an hour. None of them were using their most powerful moves. This was a war, not a battle.
'Let's see for 5 minutes. If it could not win by that time then I will call it out in the ball. It needs to rest for some time.', thought Axel.
In the 4th minute, he was ready to call Beedrill and then something amazing happened.
Beedrill had been using moves like 'Calm mind', 'Laser Focus' and 'Minimize' during the battle. It knew that needed some power boost or a rank-up if it wanted to win against these 3 Pidgeots.
Beedrill had never thought that it would struggle with a bunch of Pidgeots.
The Pidgeot that it knew was very friendly. It was also weak but hardworking. But these Pidgeots were very fast, deadly, and menacing.
It was using everything that it had to win this 4-way battle and suddenly, it started to shine.
Its whole body was shining in green and purple color.
Pidgeots felt that it was ranking up and waited for it to rank up. During the rank-up process or the evolution process, a Pokemon would never interfere. That was the rule and it had been followed since the time immemorial.

Axel never thought that a passive move like 'Resolve' could do such a thing. It was a blessing and Axel was not going to ignore it.

When the Pidgeots saw that Beedrill was glowing the second time, they were truly scared. When it glowed for the first time they thought that it was ranking up to king rank.
Now, they were not afraid of a new king-rank Pokemons. They were in pseudo-king rank but they were 3 of them and they thought that they could handle Beedrill at king rank.
When the glow disappeared, Beedrill looked very powerful, so they assumed that it had ranked up to king rank.
So, when it glowed again, they were scared. They thought that it was ranking up again which was simply not possible. But they didn't want to fight such a monstrosity.
After 10 minutes of glowing, the glow disappeared instantly and ...

The changes were not huge but Axel knew that it had become very powerful. Its health had again increased to 11500. That was huge and its hidden power mastery had improved a bit. All of its stats were now in F rank but Axel knew that Beedrill had the highest body stats among all of Axel's Pokemons.
After it ranked up to king rank, it was releasing the king-rank pressure on all of them. Axel told it to calm down and control its aura.
It was able to do it within a few minutes.
"Beedrill, do you need to rest? Or can you fight?", asked Axel.
After it had ranked up, all of its injuries had disappeared and it was healthy. It was ready to fight.

Beedrill said that it was ready to fight. The rush of power was still affecting it and it had to release it.
Beedrill started to massacre the pseudo-king rank Pokemons. It didn't have a good area effect moves but it was very powerful in a single fight. It was able to kill a pseudo-king rank Pokemon in a few seconds. Its body stats were way higher for a tier 1 king rank Pokemons and it could tank a lot of hits.

Now only Mamoswine was left to rank up to king rank. Axel knew that it would happen very soon. Beedrill's rank up had come up at the right time. Axel was getting worried about this weird phenomenon and having an additional king-rank Pokemon made him feel secure.
