Chapter 426 423- You Aren’t… (5)
Zhi Min nodded solemnly before explaining what happened a month ago.
At that time the influx of disciples had reached the point where the various Inns in this city were saturated.
They had managed to keep anyone who asked to book a room away, but a disciple from the Solitary Sword Sect showed up one day and demanded a room.
Saying someone named Young Master Sol sent him in advance to find an Inn.
One thing lead to the other and the Solitary Sword Sect afford to buy out the whole Inn and kick out everyone else, but when he was refused he became belligerent and forced his way in.
After he came in and realized no one was inside and all the rooms were empty, he once again tried to force them to accept his offer to book the entire Inn.
He even drew his sword to attack them if they continued to refuse him, but that was when Zhi Min stepped in and threw him out. A few days later he came back with a dozen more disciples but Zhi Min and the six others beat them to a pulp despite being outnumbered.
However, the seven of them knew it wasn't over and they began to think of ways to keep the Inn.
They even thought of renting out half the Inn to a Top Sect and using them to block those people from the Solitary Sword Sect. However, before they could implement any of their plans, a young man suddenly showed up at the entrance of the Inn without them noticing and completely defeated them with only a few palm strikes.
He then placed the Sword Imprint inside of them and force them to become servants.
As Yang Su and the others listen, they knew Zhi Min was glossing over what they went through in the past month.
To say they were pissed off by this Young Master Sol would be an understatement.
"Where is he?"
Yang Su calmly asked.
"Squad Leader Su, he's staying in a room on the third floor. He hasn't left that room besides to carry women back with him."
Zhi Min said that last part with a strong murderous aura wafting from his body.
The two females that were among the seven Jun carried both lowered their heads.
Tai saw this and his expression fell.
"That-That bastard, he didn't do anything to you did he?"
Upon hearing that everyone put the pieces together as to why Zhi Min was so angry with that fact and they all turn to the two girls.
"No he didn't, but that's only because they threaten to bite off his manhood."
Hearing that, the boys' of the group faces changed and they winched internally.
"Men."
Lihua in response to this coldly muttered before suddenly excused herself from the group to join the attack on the Solitary Sword Sect disciples.
Moments later bloodcurdling screams could be heard coming from male disciples. A few of them were seen on the ground clutching their crotch.
"Bastard Jun, are you sure about your decision?"
Mu Fan suddenly leaned over and whispered this in Jun's ears.
Jun didn't respond to this, he could only force a smile.
In the crowd, a Solitary Sword Sect disciple watched as Lihua appeared over his fellow male disciple and viciously began stomping down.
Even as that male disciple release bloodcurdling screams that cause him to feel chills down his spine, that Demoness didn't stop her onslaught.
That disciple began retreating back so as to not be Lihua's next victim, but as if he was in a horror film Lihua suddenly began turning her head towards him rather slowly.
The disciple's breath hitched in his throat as he forgot to breathe.
"N-No!!"
He soon regained the strength to turn and run off.
After running for a brief moment he turn behind him but he saw that she wasn't chasing him. The disciple was ready to release a sigh of relief, but a hand suddenly gripped his shoulder.
"Who-!"
He yelled as he turned to the person who grabbed him, but when he saw that it was Lihua he almost peed his pants from fright.
Glaring at this shivering disciple, Lihua said coldly.
"Go get your Young Master here, or else."
The disciple's trembling got harder but he managed to nod his head like a chicken picking the ground.
Lihua released him and he then ran up the stairs leading to the upper floors of the Inn.
Lihua then turned and head back into the crowd, and what followed was more bloodcurdling screams ringing out.
As the scuffle continued in Inn for some time, a loud explosion suddenly echoed out. Someone had just used a technique to blow a hole in the Inn's wall.
On the outside revealed by this hole, people gathered and started peeping in to see what was going on.
Yang Su seeing this said.
"This can't continue, the Inn is going to be destroyed."
"Let me!"
Tai suddenly said as he stepped forwards.
He raised both hands towards the fighting crowd and then grasped the void. His hand seemed to grip the space in front of him, and as result, the many disciples became frozen in place for a split second.
When everything returned to normal everyone paused their attacks to look around, shocked at what just happened.
Meanwhile, Tai lowered his hands while releasing a long exhale.
"Haha, what do you guys think? It's the first time I'm using my comprehension of space like this."
Tai said slightly pale-faced after turning to the others.
"That's amazing brother Tai."
Jun said while looking at Tai with surprise. However, Yang Su suddenly said.
"That's too draining for you to use so casually."
"No, I'm f-fine…"
Tai began saying, but his eyelids suddenly felt heavy and his body began falling forward.
Jun reacted quickly and went to catch him, but he actually missed. Tai's body shrank all of a sudden, or more precisely had returned to his cat form.
"This-"
Jun stood there with his arms wide open. He then looked down at Tai's cat figure to see he was completely knocked out.
"He's just sleeping from exhaustion."
Fei Yin said after checking him.
"Why did brother Tai do that if he was going to fall unconscious afterward?"
Jun commented before he bent down to lift Tai up.
Li Wen hearing Jun looked at Tai and offhandedly said.
"He must be feeling he isn't contributing much."
"If that's the case I understand how he feels, but there's no need to push himself to this extent."
Jun said while looking down at Tai; rubbing a finger through his golden fur in the process.
"Everyone retreat, if this continues the Inn will just be destroyed."
Fei Yin took the opportunity when everything calm down to address everyone on their side.
However, a voice suddenly chimed in.
"That's good to hear, but remind me why there is such a big fight in my Inn a gain?"
As this voice echoed out from the stairs leading up to the upper floors, everyone turned to see who it was.
A young man wearing a night robe was seen coming down the stairs.
His hair was messy and his robes seemed moments away from falling off his rather well-built frame. Behind him was a girl in clothes that seem to have been put on in a rush, as well as the disciple who Lihua had sent up the stairs.
However, this disciple was no longer recognizable as his face was badly bruised and bloodied.
*Yawn*
Under the many gazes of the people inside the Inn, this young man yawned and lazily asked.
"Didn't I just ask a question? Why isn't anyone answering?"
His gaze then swept over the crowd.
Everyone who met his gaze instinctively took a step back. It suddenly felt like a sword was placed against their necks.
This wasn't even on purpose, the young man was genuinely just looking over the crowd for someone to answer him.
Everyone in the Inn realized this, but this just caused them to become more terrified of this young man.
Seeing that everyone was avoiding his gaze, the young man snickered at his heart. Though he suddenly met gaze with Fei Yin and an invisible clash happened between them.
Even though it was invisible and they were several tens of meters apart, everyone could still feel it.
"Oh?"
The young man said genuinely surprised, but not so surprised he was outright shocked. It was a surprise exclamation you would make when you wear a coat after a while and then reach into its pocket you thought was empty to find a dollar inside.
However, as he swept his gaze across everyone in the group, it was like the coat had more than a few pockets that had a dollar inside.
The young man's gaze then stopped on Yang Su and it seemed like he had found twenty dollars inside the last pocket.
Not only was he surprised but his curiosity had been piqued.
"Haha, interesting. The Maple Continent had a group with so many top geniuses? Is that even fair to those on your Continent?"
