Chapter 329 Show Bear
“Arrogance. I will smash your head in and break your skull to teach you that for a weakling such as you, humility should shroud your every-” The blue giant began to rumble in his deep voice.
“Enough with your philosophical bullshit. Shut up and attack me already!” Brock interrupted the blue giant with a shout.
Like most veterans, Brock reacted reflexively to make his enemies as disgruntled and as angry as possible before a fight. That way, they would be prone to make more mistakes.
Not that Brock needed the fat blue giant to make mistakes though.
He was out there to perform a show for his little Master and hopefully catch the eye of the beautiful and sexy bear Primal earlier!
The blue giant frowned deeply at being so rudely interrupted by a fat bear, and dashed forward to attack Brock.
His muscles were proportional to his size, why would he be slower?
Boom!!
Boom!!
Boom!!
His footsteps smashed down onto the ring and caused the flooring to crack!
“HOYAAAA!!” The blue giant started to spin rapidly when he got close to Brock, his massive fifteen meter long double-bladed greatsword cutting through the air with a fearsome whistle, just like a jumbo jet’s massive propellers!
But as massive as those propellers were, the deciding factor in a collision wasn’t size.
It was strength!
Although the massive greatswords gained an incredible amount of power due to the blue giant’s own great strength added to the sheer speed that the swords managed to achieve, compared to Brock’s absurdly strong defense afforded to him by his unique Darklight Energy… It was still lacking!
And when a near unstoppable object smashes into a completely immovable mountain, the object must, by law of nature, be stopped at all costs, even if it meant its own implosion.
B-BOOORRRKKKKKKK!!
The twin greatswords smashed onto Brock at nearly the same time! But…
The two greatswords cracked and broke apart upon contact!
“Wow!! I actually felt this attack!! Well done big blue fatty! You probably just gave me a big bruise right there!” Brock shouted in surprise as he rubbed his arm furiously at the spot where the two greatswords smashed against.
The blue giant stared at the two broken stumps that used to be his treasured dual-bladed greatswords, and a crushing sense of inferiority and helplessness began to bloom in his heart.
“We are both Kings, but his body is so tough that my Rare Grade treasure swords can’t even withstand attacking him at full power just once??” The blue giant began to despair, and spiral down the same slide as the poor brown bear did mere minutes ago.
However, there were two broad ways people deal with devastating blows.
They allow the blows to fall and ground them, or they fight back.
The blue giant responded in the second way.
GRAAAHHHHHH!!!!
The blue giant roared out furiously and instantly caused his heart to leap out of the depression death spiral and into the highways of anger and indignance!
He flung the two broken sword hilts at Brock, and then leapt forward to pummel Brock with an endless rain of punches!
BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM! BAM!
Alas…
CRACK!! CRACK!!
Both his fists broke against Brock’s impenetrable armor!
“Dude, that’s way more than three hits.” Brock rumbled as the blue giant finally stopped his reckless barrage of punches.
However, he wasn’t done attacking Brock just yet.
He spun his massive body and launched a savage roundhouse kick at Brock!
“Enough. Go back.” A powerful Blue Giant Primal said with an emotional voice.
The blue giant shimmered lightly and disappeared just a split second before his roundhouse kick hit Brock.
The Primal didn’t want his candidate to injure himself beyond healing in a useless fight against the damned metal plate named Brock.
He glared at Brock for a few moments, but he didn’t exhibit any killing intent in the least.
His instincts told him that sooner or later, the shameless bear and his master would be rising into power in the known universe. He had to tread lightly, even if at that moment he could crush them with just his little finger.
Well, technically he could.
But he doubted that he could survive the resulting fight against the kid’s sponsor, Primal Alexander.
“Hahahaha! Another weakling has fallen! Who’s next? Come to daddy!” Brock roared arrogantly!
“Damn this Brock. He’ll be the death of me when he offends a Primal with his thoughtless words!” Elliot grumbled aloud.
“Don’t worry. That Brock is much shrewder than you think. He knows for a fact that you guys are untouchable at this moment, and that he has a free pass to say any damn thing he wants as long as they are not too much. And it seems to me that he understands your situation very well.
Now that you powers are not a secret, holding back what you can do would be counterproductive. Better to show them the full measure of your powers and make them wary, rather than hide it and cause them to get greedy.” Primal Alexander replied Elliot.
“Haha! I think you’re overthinking it. Brock is merely posturing in front of that Bear Primal to attract her attention. There’s no way his brain is currently dealing with such a complex issue so perfectly!” Elliot laughed.
In the ring, Brock was roaring loudly like a show bear.
He stood on his hind legs, and let out a beastly bellow before slamming his front legs down to the ring and causing it to crack into two.
His muscles bulged out and rippled magnificently as he strutted around the broken ring as though he was a stage performer much to Elliot’s amusement.
And after making a few rounds around the ring, Brock even initiated his secret transformation, Unyielding Strength!
GRAAAHHHH!!!
“Ughhhh.” Elliot groaned at Brock’s utterly over the board attempt to gain the attention of the Bear Primal.
Next to them, Lady Balastiera even giggled lightly.
“You still think he’s trying to make my enemies wary?” Elliot asked Primal Alexander.
“Hehehe. You’re looking at Brock and how embarrassing he is, that’s your mistake. Take a look at the Primals and try to sense their fluctuating auras. You’ll see that Brock is a genius!” Primal Alexander’s voice appeared in Elliot’s mind.
Elliot did as Primal Alexander said and studied the Primals curiously.
