Chapter 1509 - Why Was the Difference so Evident?

Wen Shan was satisfied with the reply.

Nalan Chunbo felt that their team for the movie would be interesting. Production hadn’t even started yet but various complicated relationships had already surfaced.

Nalan Chunbo had cooked up a feast for Wen Shan. Wen Shan stopped Nalan Chunbo before he started serving because she wanted to take a photo of the food.

Nalan Chunbo blinked, watching her.

He suddenly felt old. These youngsters had so many trends nowadays.

After Wen Shan had taken the photo, she sent it to her circle of friends before sitting down at the table.

Nalan Chunbo looked at Wen Shan doing everything so enthusiastically while he prepared the bowls and cutleries for dinner.

Wen Shan caught Nalan Chunbo grinning widely. “Do you find me childish?”

“Nope, it’s fine,” Nalan Chunbo said as he added food to Wen Shan’s bowl. “Why didn’t you take a photo of the food the last time?”

Wen Shan raised her head, and looked sideways. “That was because I was shy. We weren’t together yet then.”

Nalan Chunbo stared at the girl seated opposite him. “So I’m your boyfriend now?”

“You’ve already kissed me, you can’t pretend like nothing happened!” Wen Shan shrieked, then immediately regretted raising her voice. She always acted childishly in front of Nalan Chunbo.

“Don’t worry, that was my first kiss too. I won’t back out now.” Nalan Chunbo smiled elegantly.

“Your first kiss was with Qian Yikun. I really do hate him now.” Wen Shan regretted listening to Mo Fei back then.

Just great, his first kiss had been given away to Qian Yikun by her. The only consolation was that the recipient was a male so there was no need for jealousy.

However, the more she thought about it, the more upset she felt. First kiss, first kiss, first kiss!

“I hate Mo Fei!” Wen Shan suddenly shouted.

It was supposed to be hers.

Nalan Chunbo was surprised. Hadn’t she enjoyed teasing them during the gate crash?

Honestly, he didn’t actually kiss Qian Yikun that day. Their lips did not touch. Gu Juexi wasn’t that ruthless. However, it appeared that way from the CCTV.

Nalan Chunbo didn’t intend to tell Wen Shan as she was an accomplice in that incident.

Hating Mo Fei was good. He didn’t want Wen Shan getting too close to Mo Fei.

Wen Shan hastily added food to Nalan Chunbo’s bowl. “It was my fault, I will not be mischievous again in the future. You’re a forgiving person.”

Nalan Chunbo was satisfied with Wen Shan’s coaxing. Maybe it was better that he didn’t tell her the truth.

Gu mansion.

Ye Yuwei picked up her phone and saw the photo sent by Wen Shan. It was half past six in China, so Ye Yuwei had just got up and was planning to wash up and wake the two little monsters when she saw the post. She glanced at the man sleeping next to her.

Both were men, but why was the difference so evident?

“What are you looking at?” Although Gu Juexi’s eyes were closed, he could sense the disdain emanating from his wife.

Hence, Gu Juexi reached out and pulled Ye Yuwei into his embrace. His eyes weren’t even open yet but he managed to hug her and kiss her face carelessly. “Sleep for a while more. I’m still sleepy.”

“Serves you right,” Ye Yuwei said and nipped Gu Juexi’s ear. Yesterday night he refused to sleep and wanted to fool around.

Gu Juexi sighed and wanted to say something but Ye Yuwei immediately put her phone right in his face.
