Chapter 1663 - First Clear
Chapter 1663: First Clear
“Improved Expose Armor”!
The skill book that was looted turned out to be an Enhanced Skill Book. This really shocked everyone.
Enhanced Skill Books really didn’t come that easily. They perhaps even more valuable than Skill Points and more difficult to obtain. At the moment, with some of the best players in the game gathered here, on average, there weren’t even two Enhanced Skills for each person.
What was more, Expose Armor was an extremely important skill for warriors.
“This is really good luck! Congrats, congrats.”
Without a doubt, everyone was congratulating Moonlight.
This skill was the most useful for Warriors, but it was more for PvP players. No matter which way you looked at it, they had to give priority to Moonlight. Azure Sea Breeze, the so-called number one Main Tank couldn’t compete for this reward.
“Thank you, thank you everyone. Thank you, Remnant Dream.”
Moonlight was clearly happy without expressing it in words.
“Judging from this, we probably got the First Clear,” Sky Moon commented happily.
“Not just yet. Dreamy, quick, keep looting. Don’t keep counting the gold,” Lu Li urged. This little girl had taken the bag of gold that Moonlight handed her and was sitting there happily counting it.
“Ok then, thanks brother Moonlight,” Remnant Dream said, happily putting away the money.
Moonlight was always the type to not care too much about gold. He simply couldn’t manage to keep money himself. That bag of gold just then had at least five or six hundred coins. For Remnant Dream, it could feed her pets for many days.
There was Gold, Dark Gold, then Epic equipment.
Triad Girdle – this was an Epic equip of a decent quality.
Everyone held their breath. Would there be more Epic equipment?
Angelista’s Touch!
This was a physical ring, and was the second piece of Epic equipment.
Angelista’s Charm!
This was a magic necklace and was the third piece of Epic equipment.
“Good, we got the First Clear of the second Boss.”
Lu Li felt overjoyed. Although they could have technically gained more from the Boss family, he was satisfied with this outcome.
“There’s still another one – Imperial Oiraji Regalia. Looks like a quest item,” Remnant Dream called out as she pulled out another item.
“Oh, keep it first,” Lu Li said, feeling even more satisfied. They had certainly gotten the First Clear.
The Imperial Qiraji Regalia was a quest item. With three Elementium Ores, you could exchange it for a healer’s staff, or a Druid’s hammer. Aside from this, there were also the Imperial Qiraji Armaments, which could be exchanged as well.
Actually, if they killed Princess Yauj last, there was a chance of dropping T2.5 accessories.
In order to quickly finish with the second Boss, Lu Li could only choose the easiest order.
Glory Capital had actually already begun the Instance Dungeon ages ago.
After Ruling Sword’s alliance had just prevailed against the insects, a few clubs, including those associated with Glory Capital, had finished the opening quest. Without stopping for a rest, they began to send squads into the two Instance Dungeons.
Glory Capital was very powerful, beginning both Instance Dungeons at once. It was just that they were focused more on the Ahn’Qiraj Ruins, which seemed easier.
After spending two days, they had gotten the First Clear of this Instance Dungeon on Nightmare difficulty.
It wasn’t just Glory Capital. Other clubs also publicly showed off their campaign, but they weren’t as fast. By the time that Glory Capital had gotten the First Clear of the Ahn’Qiraj Ruins, Lu Li was only just waking up, so as to speak.
The Ahn’Qiraj Temple Instance Dungeon was also started by Glory Capital two days ago.
They had struggled with the small monsters there. Lu Li took less than an hour to ‘discover the strategy for the smaller monsters, although they wiped for two to three hours.
They also suffered in fighting the first Boss. When Sorrowless was paying attention to the Ahn’Qiraj Ruins, they didn’t make any progress all day. By the second day, their team was finally just able to defeat the first Boss.
Then, they died again when it came to the smaller monsters.
When Sorrowless was finished with the Ahn’Qiraj Ruins, he brought his best players to enter into the Ahn’Qiraj Temple Instance Dungeon and fight against the second Bosses.
They were basically entering the Instance Dungeon at the same time.
When Lu Li finished up with the smaller monsters, they were stuck at the second Boss. When Lu Li finished off the first Boss, they were still stuck at the same place.
Each side wasn’t aware of the other’s progress, but Lu Li was able to make a rough estimate.
If Glory Capital chose the easiest order, then they were likely to have already finished off the second Boss, and would be attempting the third. If they didn’t choose the easy order, then there was a real possibility of them being stuck.
Lu Li made a very accurate guess. Glory Capital still hadn’t figured out the simplest method.
By the time Ruling Sword finished off the second Boss, the game time was coming to end for the day. Shortly after, Glory Capital also finally prevailed against the family of Bosses.
“Did we still get the First Clear for this Boss?” Blood Dagger was not very sure.
He saw three pieces of Epic equipment drop with the first Boss, so he knew how valuable the drops were for this Instance Dungeon First Clear. Having already had a taste of this, he didn’t want to experience anything else.
“Not sure, but these three Bosses were really too hard. I feel like Ruling Sword would also have a difficult time,” West Whitehill said.
No one lacked self-confidence, especially when it came to their level. They had fought this Boss for almost two days. Although they weren’t sending their main forces to begin with, their secondary forces were still more than capable. West Whitehill didn’t think they were any worse than Ruling Sword.
Since they had already been here for two days, then Ruling Sword would likely be the same.
“It doesn’t matter what we say. Let’s just see what comes out.”
Sorrowless wasn’t in such a bad mood. Under his command, they had finally taken down the Boss. Whoever was in his position would be happy.
He was a very lucky person, perhaps not as lucky as Remnant Dream, but still pretty close.
There were more Strengthening Stones than the first Boss, relatively valuable Synthetic Gems, Skills Book and rare materials. Then, the equipment started to be looted.
Gold, Dark Gold, then Epic...
One piece, two pieces...
“Only 2 pieces?” West Whitehill couldn’t help but ask.
“Yes...yes.”
The one looting was being stared at by everyone, so it was fair for them to be nervous, especially with Sorrowless’ thunderous expression. They had seen this situation too many times already.
They had worked hard for so long with their eyes fixed on victory, but every time, they ended gloomily amidst the happy cries of Ruling Sword.
“Two pieces isn’t considered too few...” West Whitehill said in spite of the situation, but even he couldn’t persuade them. The first Boss had dropped three pieces, and despite being three Bosses in one, the second only dropped two.
Everyone damn well knew they didn’t get the First Clear.
“Maybe it was Blood Red War Flag or Seventh Heaven. They also defeated the first one yesterday,” Blood Dagger said.
Their info spread a bit quicker than Lu Li’s, so they actually knew that there was more than one club who had defeated the first Boss yesterday. Logically, they had all gone in before Ruling Sword, so there was no reason why it was definitely Ruling sword.
“No matter who it is, it’s close enough,” Sorrowless sighed. “But I still think it’s Ruling Sword. Lu Li’s too good at Instance Dungeons.”
“I keep feeling like he was involved in designing Instance Dungeons,” Blood Dagger said gloomily.
“Even if he was involved, it doesn’t mean he’s capable of deducing the strategy. It’s not that we can’t find people like that,” West Whitehill said, shaking his head. “Dawn’s Instance Dungeon mechanisms are all done created by the System. The Instance Dungeon designers only do the most foundational things. Unless all the mechanisms of the Boss were determined by them, Lu Li can’t just be good at this particular Boss.”
They were so tired, so they couldn’t guess realistically.
The drops from defeating the second Boss were divided based on DKP. They slightly favored the Main Tank and professional Healers, but generally speaking, there wouldn’t be too much of a disagreement in this.
