Chapter 365: Chapter 365 Zhengzong
If the bodies of Base Variant Creatures collided, they would likewise trigger explosions.
So, within the entire Di Man Tribe\'s team, there was actually only one person with a mount.
This person, whom Lin Shen was sizing up, clearly held the highest status within the Di Man Tribe\'s ranks, a fact that surprised Lin Shen because this person was a human.
A human middle-aged man who appeared to be in his thirties or forties was riding a large black ox at the rear of the group.
That large black ox was truly an ox, not a Base Variant Creature, and its coat shone like black satin.
On Fierce Fire Star, having such a mount was obviously not something an ordinary person could manage, and a regular ox could not survive on Fierce Fire Star either.
But none of these were the focal points of Lin Shen\'s attention. Lin Shen was focused on him because the more he looked at this man, the more he resembled his third brother, Lin Zongzheng.
However, Lin Shen dared not confirm it was his third brother, Lin Zongzheng. Although the man bore a resemblance to Lin Zongzheng, he was thinner, and his demeanor was not the same.

The Lin Zongzheng that Lin Shen remembered was a middle-aged man who did not like to meddle in affairs, spending his leisure time fishing and drinking tea, seemingly without a temper.
Yet just by sitting atop the ox, this man exuded an aura that seemed unattainable for ordinary people, as if he looked down upon all beings from above.
Most crucially, Lin Shen did not find that scar between the man\'s eyebrows. The lines there were real wrinkles.
Therefore, Lin Shen could not be certain whether this person was his third brother, Lin Zongzheng, but he felt a strong resemblance.
Upon hearing that these three were not the trio chosen by the Celestial side, Kajia lost interest in them, turned around to Flarela, and said, "Lord Flarela, these people are not our adversaries, don\'t waste time on them. Shall we stick to the original plan and check out the Sea of Flames?"
Flarela ignored Kajia, her gaze scrutinizing the three people before settling on Lin Shen\'s face, and with a hint of surprise, she said to the human man riding the black ox, "Counselor, this human looks very much like you. Could you be relatives?"
As soon as she spoke, Lin Shen realized that this Flarela was probably not Red Heart A.
The man riding the black ox looked at Lin Shen and said indifferently, "Indeed very similar. What is your name?"
"What does it have to do with you?" Lin Shen replied coolly.
Kajia and the others were immediately furious, pointing at Lin Shen and cursing, "When the Counselor asks you a question, it\'s a sign of respect. Don\'t throw away the face given to you."
"What if we don\'t accept your face?" Tian Xin retorted coldly.
"Are you seeking death? If you want to die, I can do it right now," Kajia said, threateningly, but with no actual intention of taking action.
"Come on, then, come and kill me," Tian Xin jutted out his neck as if waiting for Kajia to strike.
Lin Shen thought that under these circumstances, Kajia, who seemed to have a short temper, would surely take action, but he was naïve—Kajia still did not make a move, only kept shouting, "What kind of trash are you, killing you would dirty my hands."
Upon further thought, Lin Shen understood why Kajia did not act.
The negotiations between the Celestial Race and the Di Man Tribe were at an impasse. If Kajia struck first and sparked a dispute, giving the Celestial Race an advantage, allowing the Di Man Tribe to fall into a passive position in the negotiations, Kajia could not afford that responsibility.
From this, it could be seen that the Di Man Tribe didn\'t want to continue fighting either and wanted to use this action to resolve the issue.
Of course, this was because Flarela was taking part in this action, which was exceedingly advantageous for the Di Man Tribe. Naturally, they did not wish for any other accidents to occur.
The man known as the Counselor, a human male, made a gesture with his hand, and, surprisingly, Kajia and the others quieted down in compliance.
"My name is Zhengzong. As a fellow human, we should look out for each other. If you ever encounter any trouble, feel free to find me at the Di Man Tribe camp," the Counselor said and, turning his bull\'s head, he headed off in the opposite direction.
Kajia and the rest gave Lin Shen and Tian Xin a harsh glare before turning to follow Zhengzong towards the direction of the Sea of Flames.
Flarela glanced at Lin Shen and smiled, "I still want to know, what is your name?"
"Shouldn\'t you introduce yourself first before asking someone else\'s name?" Lin Shen said with a smile.
Flarela nodded, "My name is Flarela, of the Di Man Tribe."
"Tian, human." This was not something Lin Shen had said casually.
The name Tian Xun had reported for him was this one. When Tian Xun was giving the report, he had asked Lin Shen what name to use, and it was better not to use his real name, so Lin Shen had chosen the name Tian.
"Good, Tian, I\'ll remember you. You really do look a lot like the Counselor," Flarela said and then turned to leave, gradually moving away amid the crowd surrounding her.
"Who is that Zhengzong? Why does it seem like those from the Di Man Tribe respect him so much?" Lin Shen turned and asked Duoqi.
Duoqi replied, "That Zhengzong is the main figure in the Di Man Tribe\'s diplomatic mission. Although he is a human and not of Di Man lineage, he is said to be the military strategist of Sam, the King of Greed, and is highly regarded by Sam. He holds a high position within the Di Man Tribe, otherwise he wouldn\'t be the main person in charge of the diplomatic mission."
"Do I really look that much like him?" Lin Shen touched his own face and asked Duoqi.
Duoqi laughed, "I think all you humans look pretty similar, even to Celestials. It might be due to the different races, but such feelings are common."
Lin Shen nodded and said no more. The group took another turn around Flame Lake, hunted a few Base Variant Creatures that crawled out of the lake, and then returned to the camp.
"Old Wei, do you know that Zhengzong?" Lin Shen asked Wei Wufu beside him.
"Very similar," Wei Wufu nodded in response.
Lin Shen knew that Wei Wufu also thought Zhengzong resembled his third brother, but that wasn\'t the answer he sought. So he asked again, "But is he really my third brother?"
"Don\'t know," Wei Wufu shook his head this time, but then added, "If he is, not recognizing us makes sense. If not, no need to mind."
"I understand that. If he truly is my third brother, he has his reasons for not recognizing us. If he is not, there is no need for concern. That\'s the logic. But I still want to know if he really is my third brother," Lin Shen sighed.
"Simple... go ask him..." Wei Wufu suggested.
Lin Shen was taken aback, about to say something, when he heard a knock on the door from outside.
Lin Shen asked who it was, but nobody outside responded. The two men exchanged glances, and Lin Shen went to open the door, only to see a man standing outside with an umbrella—it was none other than Ouyang Yudu.
