Chapter 548: Lucario

(Level 50): It can take the power from 'Bug house' and then recover 30% health and stamina one additional time.

Conversion (Level 40): Can convert any special attack to bug-type energy Can only convert 10% of energies. The rest would be suffered by Beedrill.

(Level 45): Can store it in 'Bug House'.

(Level 50): Can convert any special attack to bug type energy Can only convert 15% of energies. The rest would be suffered by Beedrill.

Bug House (Beedrill) (Level 40): Beedrill could now meditate and gather bug-type energy and hold it for 2 hours.

(Level 45): Beedrill could now meditate and gather bug-type energy and hold it for 10 hours.

(Level 50): Beedrill could now meditate and gather bug-type energy and hold it for 15 hours.

Axel had to make a new battle plan for Beedrill now. The move 'Bug house' had made a fundamental change in its stats.

As of right now, only 5 of the previous king-rank Pokemons were left to reach tier 2.

4. Steelix

5. Alakazam

Alakazam, Nidoking, and Steelix were close to reaching tier 2. Steelix was also training in the ground type valley and it might reach tier 2 within 2 months. Alakazam might reach there in a month while Nidoking might take around 1-2 months to reach tier 2.

Mamoswine had just ranked up to king rank a few months ago, so it would take some time to reach tier 2.

The problem was Gogoat. Since it had taken its revenge, it had stopped training hard. It did train very lightly to keep itself fit but that was it. Axel had told me that it should train harder so that it would not be left behind. However, it didn't really care about it.

Axel knew that it didn't have the drive to grow stronger, face stronger opponents and become powerful. It needed a drive and a reason to get stronger. So far, he had not been able to find it for Gogoat.

He knew that he could not force such things and let nature take its course.

Another day had passed and it was finally time for them to enter the place. Many unknowns clouded Axel and the team but they were determined to reach there. They didn't know what type of resources or danger they would be facing.

Now, it was not about getting any resources or treasures. It was the will to not give up their goals. After spending time for almost 4 months, they had gotten closer than before and they had learned a lot from Axel.

They realized that the reason why Axel was strong was not cause he was a genius or lucky or talented. It was solely due to hard work and planning. The group was motivated to work harder than before. They wanted to surpass Axel someday.

"Guys, get ready. We have been here patiently waiting for two days. The leader of this island already knows what we are planning. The leader is the master of aura, so he could sense us far better than any of us combined. So, prepare yourself."

Shedinja was already in Axel's shadow. Charizard, Slowemperor and Beedrill were also around him. Even though Axel had told them to protect everyone, the group of Axel's Pokemon already had a tactic understanding of saving their trainer first.

Shedinja was there as it was a dark horse. Nobody could predict it cause it was not a normal Shedinja. Charizard was for firepower. Beedrill was there to tank hits. Alakazam and Slowemperor were there to escape. Alakazam had higher knowledge of teleport than Slowemperor. So, if they had to fight an unwinnable battle, Slowemperor would protect Alakazam while it tried to perform long-distance teleportation and then aid it when it was needed.

Everything was set.

Lance had also called out his king-rank Dragonite and other Pokemon. Kate and Cody had also called out their Pokemons. Others also did the same. They were now ready for battle.

"Let's Go!!!", shouted Axel and all of them ran towards the mountain and ....

It was obviously a pocket space and they entered it. Alakazam and Slowemperor were already ready to attack and were vigilant.

Axel had expected a dense aeus energy but such was not the case. There was aeus energy but they were not so volatile.

'Was this like a fairy-type place?', he thought.

He then immediately used his aura sense and sensed that there were different kinds of Pokemons. All of these Pokemons were either steel type or fighting type or a combination of both.

The thing that surprised the group was the Pokemon around them were not giving them any attention. They were just going on their normal days and treated the group as if they didn't exist.

When they entered other places like this, all the Pokemon and the leader would come to talk to them. Most of them were friendly and some of them were not but all of them were wary of them.

However, things were completely different here. Axel felt that they were somehow invisible, and that was why the Pokemon didn't react. Yet he quickly realized that he was wrong. Some of the young and baby Pokemons were very interested in them. But the older Pokemons just gave a smack to the baby Pokemons to concentrate on their work.

"Oh hello outsider, it seems like you are a bit lost. Can I help you with anything?"

Came a voice from the crowd. The group looked around and found out that it was a Lucario.

This Lucario looked way past its prime. Axel had studied a lot about Lucario cause he wanted to catch it in the future. Its looks suggested that it was a middle-aged Lucario. It was past its prime but it didn't look that old, to be honest.

This Lucario was an elemental-ranked Pokemon. It was not that strong but elemental-ranked Pokemon was a powerful rank for normal trainers.

"Yes, we want to meet with the leader of this village.", said Axel.

"Oh, that can be arranged. The leader is also expecting you.", said Lucario.

"Thanks. But can you tell me something? Why are these Pokemons not wary of us?", asked Axel.

"Haha, you have so many questions. Let me answer all of them for you.", said Lucario.

Then it suddenly hit him. How could an elemental rank Lucario speak in human language? This was a trap.

"GUYS!! GET READY TO BATTLE, NOW!!!", shouted Axel all of a sudden.

The sudden shout from Axel confused them. Why was Axel telling them to battle? The place looked very peaceful for them. However, they knew that Axel had a very good instinct and if he was telling them that they should battle then they should get ready.

All the Pokemon got ready to fight.

"Hahahahaha...", laughed Lucario.

"For your first question, I am the leader of this place, and for your second question...."

The scene immediately changed.

Before, the place was filled with many steel-type and fighting-type Pokemons. It was packed with Pokemons, the forest around them, caves, and many other things.

But now, the scene immediately changed. A blue smoke started to come out of Lucario and the place changed. There were no Pokemon there. There was no forest or caves there.

It was only Lucario and a handful of powerful Pokemon that were behind it. They were looking at humans with great hostility.

The power of Lucario which was estimated to be around elemental rank started to change.

From elemental to pseudo-king, then king then pseudo-champion and it started to rise. Axel could not even predict how powerful it was right now.

Finally, the pressure descended. The pressure was so huge that all of them slammed onto the ground. Even the Pokemons were not spared. Not even Charizard, Shedinja, Beedrill or Slowemperor.

Axel heard a voice from Shedinja.

"Axel, that is god-rank Pokemon."

Axel immediately believed it. Shedinja had trained with Gengar who was a god-rank Pokemon for many months, so it could tell if the Pokemon was a god-rank or not.

This was the second time Axel had met a god-rank Pokemon. And this god-ranking Pokemon was hostile to them. There was no way they were getting out of here alive.

Axel was bleeding from his eyes, nose, and ears. He didn't know the condition of others as he could not even move an inch. The pressure that Lucario was exerting was an aura pressure.

Normally, 'Aura pressure' didn't have such a high impact but since this Lucario was a god-rank Pokemon and also called an aura Pokemon, it was to be expected.

It was said that if you were going to die, you would remember all the happy memories of your life in fast forward. However, Axel didn't remember any of those things. He just wanted to know the reason. Why did Lucario want to kill him?

The demonic Lucario started to laugh out loud. Axel was very confused. Just a second ago, they were about to die and now they were okay? What the hell was happening?

Lucario said that it had created an illusion and then made all the things disappear. But which was the illusion and which was real? Was the forest, caves, rocks, and Pokemons an illusion? Or was it those staring Pokemon behind its back?

Axel could not say what was the truth and it was getting dangerous.

When he first looked at all these Pokemons, he was a bit relieved. He had made an assumption that a human was living here but that came out to be false.

Then Lucario appeared and it was a god-rank Pokemon and they were on the verge of death.

Then it suddenly started to act friendly.

So, Axel didn't know what was happening.

The god rank Lucario turned to another Lucario and said to heal all of them.

They were led to an infirmary. It looked like a hospital and then they were treated.

"Can any of you tell me what is going on? Why do these Pokemon have houses and hospitals? This looks like a human settlement.", said Lance.

Axel had not even noticed this thing and he was also equally surprised.
