Chapter 534: Battle of the caved hill 1

We all die: The user would connect to all the Pokemon near it. The Pokemon should be the same species of Pokemon. After connecting to all the Pokemons, all their health points would be connected. None of them would die first but all of them would die together. The connected Pokemon have to use the move 'Ingrain' to take effect.

Can only connect to 100 Pokemon of the same species. The connected Pokemon should be on the same rank or weaker than the user. The move can be activated for 2 hours.

The user cannot use other moves while using this move.

Axel could not believe that such a move could exist. This meant that, until they finished the combined health of all the Pokemons, none of them would die. What the fuck was this sorcery?

He then looked into the new move other 2 king rank Pokemons and he literally started to remember his family cause he didn't believe that he would survive today.

Ingrain mastered: The effect of the move 'Ingrain' is multiplied by 5 times and can be used continuously for 1 hour. This move is connected with all the other Pokemons near it. The Pokemon would have to be the same species and all of them should know the move and use the move. Can only connect to 100 Pokemon of the same species. The Pokemon connected should be on the same rank or weaker than the user.

This move would be like a passive move that can be activated. The user cannot use other moves while using this move.

Spores mastered: The effect of spores type move like 'Poison powder', 'Sleep powder', 'Stun spore', and 'Pollen puff' would be heightened 5 times. This move is connected with all the other Pokemons near it. The Pokemon would have to be the same species and all of them should know the move. Can only connect to 100 Pokemon of the same species. The connected Pokemon should be on the same rank or weaker than the user. The user cannot use other moves while using this move.

These 3 moves were like a deadlock. For 1 hour, all these 8 Shiinotics were invincible cause they could use the move 'Ingrain' for 1 hour as a passive move. While using the move 'Ingrain', a Pokemon is rooted in the ground but it could passively heal 1/16th of its HP every time. Since the effect of the move was multiplied by 5 times, they could heal 1/3rd of their health every time.

With the effect of 'We all die' none of them would die until all their combined Hp was finished and with 'Spores mastered,' they could use moves like 'Poison powder', 'Sleep powder', 'Stun spore', and 'Pollen puff' and their effect would be heightened by 5 times.

Axel could not believe how they were able to create such moves and such synergies of moves together. Thankfully, the king-rank Pokemon would not use other moves when they were using these moves.

Axel told me all about these moves to the group. Their reaction was expected.

"Axel, tell me you are lying right?"

"Aren't they invincible then?"

"How the hell do you know about it?"

They started to ask a bunch of questions and Axel was starting to get irritated. He could not tell them how he got to know about these move descriptions cause the system would practically kill them for it.

"Just shut the fuck up and listen to my commands. This is not the place to fight. Either you listen or you die. Now help Venusaur maintain its stamina. If not, then all of us are going to die.", shouted Axel and all of them kept quiet.

Venusaur had a move called 'Aromatherapy' that could heal the status conditions of a Pokemon. Since, the Shiinotics were using moves like 'Poison powder', 'Sleep powder', 'Stun spore', and 'Pollen puff', most of the Pokemons from their side were getting affected. The place was filled with this type of powder. So much so that it was very difficult to see anything.

However, Venusaur was the only Pokemon that could use status recovery moves. None of their other Pokemons could do it. Venusaur didn't have the stamina to use the move for one hour straight.

Dragonair had an ability called 'Shed skin' that would help it recover from the status condition but it could not use the ability many times.

These idiots didn't even seem to know much about Shiinotic. That was given as it was not a local Pokemon from the Kanto region. So, Axel had to tell them about it.

Axel had used Nidoking and Mamoswine to attack before cause poison type and ice types were supper effective against it but seeing that these group of Pokemons were basically invincible for an hour, he decided to change the strategy.

"Half of the king-rank Pokemon would come out and then attack. But this is basically defending their moves. The other half would move back and when the first half is tired or affected, then they can switch turns. Also, add pseudo-king rank Pokemons on the mix.", said Axel.

They wanted to run from this place and then take a long route but the narrow passage was the only place they could go to cross this place. This was a very strategic point and Shiinotics had done a great job in taking shelter here.

The battle went on for 30 minutes and Axel could see that they were losing the battle. Those who were seriously affected by the status moves were called off in their balls. It was a waste to cure them as Venusaur only had limited stamina.

Venusaur was feeling the most pressure from this battle but suddenly,

Ding!

Venusaur's Aromatherapy has leveled up to level 45. It can cover a large area of 20 meters.

This was a blessing but that didn't mean that the pressure was gone. Axel had also told them not to use pre-domain moves now cause these types of moves were very taxing and it could only be used once per battle.

They were in a pinch now. Looking at Venusaur, it could only hold on for 15-20 minutes max and they still had 10 minutes until the power of 'Ingrain mastered' was off.

Axel had prepared something for this issue but he didn't know if that would work. Yet, he had to give it a try.

"Charles, it is time. Use 'Fire domain' right now and then use 'Flame wings' and 'Wing attack'"

Finally, Charles activated the power of its pre-domain move. Charles was one of the 2 Pokemons on his team that could use pre-domain move and also fight comfortably after using it. The next Pokemon was Shedinja. This was the cause, both of them were tier 2 king-rank Pokemons.

After using the domain move, the fire surrounded it and its surrounding was also lit on fire. The temperature rose to an unbelievable degree and it moved at a blinding speed. Its wings were now glowing in white and blue color. This was the effect of 'Flame wings' and 'Wing attack'.

BOOOM

Charizard was flown back by multiple beams of yellow light. This move was 'Solar beam'. There were multiple 'Sunny day' that were still activated. So some of the pseudo-king rank Shiinotics used the move 'Solar beam' to Charizard and it was flown back. The power of the move was very high as 10 of them had used the move at the same time. With 'Sunny day' the speed and the power of the move was heightened.

However, Axel was not done.

"Marcus, now uses 'Gravity' with full power!!!", shouted Axel.

Suddenly, the hill started to shake and it started to lift up. The hill was very hard and sturdy, so the entire hill didn't go up but the mud and the rocks that were embedded on the hill were loosened and those started to go up.

Shedinja had used reverse gravity on all of the Pokemon on the hill. Shedinja had to prepare this move for 10 minutes cause it had used most of its stamina on this move.

When the mud and the rock started to go up, the roots of Shiinotics that were struck inside the mud also loosened and most of them also started to fly up.

Axel was not going to miss this chance. He shouted, "All of you, attack those Shiinotics that are flying!!", shouted Axel.

Charles was the one who took the lead. It was still angry to be flown off by 'Solar beam' that was used by lower-rank Pokemons. The 'Fire domain' was still activated, so it used full power 'Flamethrower' on those that were in the sky.

"Charles, use 'Dragon roar' and then 'Flame wings' with 'Wing attack'."

Both of the moves have greatly leveled up and 'Flame wings' was one of Charles's most powered-up physical type moves now.

Wing attack (Charizard) : (Level 40): It is sharper than before, like a sharp blade.

(Level 45): The blades have multiple edges making it more deadly.

(Level 50): The move would also increase the flight speed of the Pokemon.

Flame wings (Charizard) (Level 40): Using this move would increase the speed of the Charizard.

(Level 45): the power of the move has increased. It now has more penetrating power.

(Level 50): The power of the move has increased. It now has more penetrating power.

(Level 55): Flame wings and wing attacks could be combined to increase the speed of the Pokemon and the power of the attack

(Level 60): The power of the move has increased. It now has more penetrating power.

(Level 65): A huge air pressure would be created at the back of Charizard's wings. This further increases the lethality and speed of the move.

With the power of 'Flame wings' and 'Wing attack', Charizard started to slice Shiinotics into thin pieces. The small blades from 'Wing attack' were dealing a lot of damage.

Axel told Charles to use the move 'Dragon roar' to startle the enemy even more. He didn't want to miss the chance.

However, the happiness was short-lived. One of the pseudo-king rank Shiinotics gave a beastly roar and branches of tress came out of everywhere and then started to grab the Shiinotics that were in the air. Immediately, all of the Shiinotics that were alive at that point came to the round and all of them used 'Ingrain'. The mud and the rocks were hardened and all the moves of king-rank Shiinotics were activated again.

Axel looked around and they were able to kill 20 Shiinotics by that time. However, none of the Shiinotics that died were of pseudo-king rank or king rank.

The king-rank Shiinotics were somehow able to save themselves cause they were very well hidden. Axel's first target was those Pokemons but the team was not able to kill any of them.

The pressure decreased immediately after that. They still had to deal with 60 wild Pokemons but it was not 80 of them.

The battle went on for 10 more minutes. Nothing happened at that time except for Shiinotics attack. Instead of using spores moves some of them started to use offensive-type moves too. Like 'Solar beam', 'Dazzling gleam', and 'Seed bomb'. That was very annoying cause now they had to take care of the health of their Pokemons too.

There were other Pokemons that could use healing-type moves but none of them were as good as Venusaur and Venusaur was already busy using 'Aromatherapy'.

Axel could tell that Venusaur could only hold on for 5 to 7 minutes max. So, he had to use his big move now.

He had only one left. Shedinja had already used the full power of reverse gravity. It could not be used it again with of the same magnitude. Even if it could, Axel knew that those Shiinotics were prepared for it.

So, he had to use another strategy and he had one. But if this strategy could not finish the job, then they were really going to die.
