After finishing their breakfast, they decided to get Frank registered first. Then he could choose his first Pokemon for the Johto region.
The process was not very long but the line was a bit long. It took half an hour for their turn and Frank finally registered for the Johto region.

The Pokemon that Frank got was Croagunk. It was fighting and poison-type Pokemon. It was around 4 months old. It came near Frank and Frank hugged it welcoming it to the family.
Axel and Morgan congratulated Frank for his Pokemon. Croagunk didn't have monstrous potential but it was okay. If it could be trained well, it could be a powerful Pokemon. It would evolve to Toxicroak and it had very good poison abilities.

Frank called all of his Pokemons. He had 8 Pokemons before Croagunk and all 8 of them were in elemental rank.

These were some interesting Pokemons. Raichu was his first official Pokemon and it was the strongest. Even though all of them were in elemental rank, they were very weak. They had not been properly trained and the Pokemon could only reach elemental rank due to a lot of resources.

"Yes, I have done it recently.", said Frank.
"That is good. Now, choose a Pokemon. I will also choose an elemental rank Pokemon for battle.", said Axel.

"The main problem with your Pokemon is their physical stats. You have not trained them well on it. A Pokemon should always have a strong foundation. Pokemons are different than us. They had very hard bodies and they could take a lot of training unlike us.
The move mastery of your Raichu is okay. It is not good but it is okay for now. So, the first thing you are going to do is to train the body stats of your Pokemon.
