Shedinja was immune to most of the things but it was not immune to status condition. So, Axel felt that it would be perfect for it to train with Shedinja as Shedinja could also build some resistance to it.
However, doing so was not very easy. Actually, it was extremely hard. Slowpoke could use illusion using 2 moves. First was the 'Confusion' and second was its domain move.
If the target is confused, there was a high chance that it would be under illusion.
So, first Slowpoke used 'Confusion' to Shedinja. Since Shedinja was told to train with it, it didn't dodge the attack and took its defense down. So, it was easily confused but the effect of the illusion didn't trigger.
After that, Slowpoke used its domain move and then used 'Confusion'. Shedinja was able to see the illusion but the illusion and the reality were vastly different.

Axel knew that tail was the weakness of Charizard and he wanted to remove that weakness. So, he told it to come up with a new move that would boost its tailpowers.

This could be used as a weapon. If an enemy comes to attack its tail, then it can use 'Tail Blade' to defend itself.
A month had passed and the cooldown of using the move 'Transform' had come to an end.

"Boss, what is this all about? Is the move very dangerous?", asked Bagon. It was the youngest of the team and it was very cute.
"Yes, the move is dangerous. I also heard that Charles could only use this once a month.", said Shedinja.
"Is this move as powerful as Taruos- san 'Ultimate Thrash' or Meg- san 'Spinning poison'?", asked Totodile.
Totodile was the most polite of the bunch. It respected its elders and even used 'San' after their name.
"No, it is much more dangerous than that.", said Shedinja again.
"How can there be such a move? Marcus, I think that you are lying.", said Togepi with its small hand folding on its chest.
It was too proud to call Shedinja a 'Boss', so it just called it by its name. Shedinja didn't really mind it. As per Togepi, it might be weak but its pride could not be tampered with.
"Then why don't you see it for yourself.", said Shedinja with a smile.

"Charles, start with 'Blaze'", said Axel.

Immediately, the surroundings changed. A fiery aura surrounded Charizard and the fire started to spew out everywhere. The fire was dark red in color. It was not white and blue in color but the heat was very high.
Togepi and others were watching Charizard use its ability and they were surprised by the power of it. Charizard was very well suited for 'Blaze'. It would heighten its firepower to an unbelievable degree and it had been using it for a long time.
"Now, 'Transform'!!!", shouted Axel as he went back and covered himself with 'Aura coat'

Charizard gave a huge roar again and now, its body started to change. Its red-colored dragon scales were changing to black. It was not that it was shedding its skin but another hard skin was covering its whole body. Its whole body was covered in these black hard dragon scales and everyone could feel the power coming out of its body.

White and blue flames erupted all around it and the temperature of the surrounding rose to a very high degree. Mamoswine had to use its ice powers to cool the surroundings so that the new Pokemons would not get hurt.
"Charles, try to control yourself. Remember, you have to control your emotions."
Charizard looked at Axel and it nodded its head. As of right now, Charizard was feeling all this power inside its body. It felt that it was the king of this world and no one could beat it. However, it quickly became reasonable. It knew that there were still a lot of Pokemons that were stronger than it.
"Now, try to fly high and use some fire moves. We only have 2 min and 30 seconds. Try to experiment with this new form."

Charizard agreed and it started to fly high in the sky. It looked deadly and majestic. The blue fire was still surrounding it and started to spew out hot blue flames that vaporized everything that came near it.
"Charles, use 'Flame wings' and use your maximum speed.", said Axel.
Both of its wings were now covered in blue sharp flames and it started to fly and a very high speed. Even Axel could barely follow its movement and he was using all his aura and psychic powers to see it.
It was confirmed that Charizard was now well over king rank status.
Axel told it to use all the fire-type moves at least once and also try to use simple physical moves like punches and tail swipes.
Finally, after 3 minutes, the power of the 'Transform' started to diminish and Charizard started to return to its normal self.

It gave a huge roar and then it fainted on the spot.

However, Axel wanted to concentrate on the resources needed for their good foundation. He thought to go to the library again and only concentrate on resources this time.
He wanted to find out the best resources for Bagon, Mankey, Totodile, and Acron.
Axel didn't have high hopes for Acron's resources cause it was a new Pokemon for the world and none of them had done any research on it. He thought to talk to Oak about it.
As Oak was doing a lot of research on Acron. Oak was also the one who sent him the food recipe for Acron.
The training manual of Totodile came up with how to train Totodile. It was vague and it didn't come up with the resources recommendation.
