Chapter 452: Illusion World
It was very hard for a Pokemon to create a domain. This was the reason why many Pokemons were not king rank Pokemons. A Pokemon could rank up to king rank without the need for domain but it would be extremely hard and it would take a lot of time.
"Guys, go full power. Don't hold back. Megalania, start with 'spinning poison', Gyarados, 'Aqua tail' and 'Tail Blade', Mamoswine, 'Tusk form' now!!...."
Axel started to tell all of his Pokemons to use the final move. Axel had 4 king rank Pokemons with him and he was using 2 of them in this battle. Beedrill and Mamoswine were also very close to reaching king rank. Normal pseudo-king rank Pokemons could not even scratch them and they could also use 'pre-domain' moves.
Axel had told Pidgeot to not disturb this battle as it was just an elemental rank Pokemon. It was powerful for an elemental but not for pseudo-king and king rank Pokemons.
Axel was using 'Aura coat' to defend himself from any attacks that may come up to him. His soldiers were very far from the battle area commanding their Pokemons.

After 5 minutes,
Except for Mamoswine and Nidoking, all of them had deactivated their pre-domain moves.
"Soldier, give me the report, how many pseudo-king rank Pokemons are left now?"
"Only 20 of them are left now."
"Ok, ...."
Axel called all the Pokemons in the ball that had used pre-domain moves cause they were incredibly tired and Axel didn't want any one of them to get any injury or wounds.
After 10 minutes, these 20 pseudo-king rank Pokemons had also been dealt by the soldiers and the remainder of Axel's Pokemons.
Axel had told all of his Pokemons to be cured. There were some minor injuries that Nidoking and Mamoswine had suffered. Both of them were able to tank hits and they were responsible for defending most of the attacks. So, they were injured.
Axel had a hunch that the night was not over and they were going to face more of these wild Pokemons.
After the pseudo-king rank Pokemons were taken care of, the rare rank and elemental rank Pokemons started to run from the battlefield.
"Don't chase them. Rest for some time and regroup. Heal your Pokemons and tell them to get ready for the second round.", said Axel.
"Sir, I think we won't be facing another round of Pokemons now. This is the first day and usually the traffic of the tide is very less in the first day.", said one of the soldiers.
"I know but I feel that we would be facing another round of wild Pokemons. So tell all the soldiers to get ready.", said Axel.
The soldiers didn't have any option to reject Axel's order and told all of his subordinates to get ready for the second round.
Full restore and full heal could be used to restore the stamina of Pokemons but they were incredibly expensive. It was very hard to supply all of these to soldiers in huge quantities.
So, the league had come up with stamina potions. The stamina potions had many grades. Common stamina potions could be effective for common-rank Pokemon and so on. They were not very expensive. They were actually very cheap. However, they could only be used once a day.
It was not recommended to use it in daily life cause it would have negative effects. So, it was only used during the time of tide and only used if the trainers needed it the most.
For 10 minutes, the entire battle stadium was silent. The soldiers had gone back to the base and only the guards were stationed outside.
After another 20 minutes, something happened.
2 Gengars came into view. They were not running like other wild Pokemons. They were walking as if they were taking a toll on their neighborhood.
Agatha's eyes straightened.
"Axel, they are king rank Pokemons and they look powerful.", said Agatha.
Behind these 2 Gengars were many ghost type Pokemons. They numbered around 1000 of them. All of them were pseudo-king rank Pokemons.
"You face with the 2 king rank Pokemons and I will take care of those pseudo-king rank Pokemons.", said Axel.
"Ok, I will do it."
Axel could tell that these king rank Pokemons were very powerful. They must be at least at tier 2 or even tier 3. Axel's Pokemons were not capable of dealing with them.
"You have disturbed my sleep time. You killed most of the members of my family. I was expecting this tide to go very long. I am not happy.", said one of the king rank Gengar.
It was a male and Axel could tell for certain that another was a female.
"If you had not announced or participated in the tide then your family members would not have died. Why don't you go back and not participate in the tide.", said Agatha.
"You must be joking. For many years, you humans have been killing my kind and I am supposed to let it go just like that? No, tonight I will be taking revenge!!!"
"You think that only you and your partner could defeat all of us? You are a Gengar yet you are the one dreaming.", said Agatha.
After hearing Agatha's words, Gengar started to smile and then it started to laugh out loud. Gengar's laugh was very scary to look at.
"You think that I came up with only 2 of us? You are so very wrong. Darling, let's call out our full force.", said Gengar as it looked at its partner.
"Yes, let's teach them a lesson this time.", said the female Gengar, and its shadow started to enlarge and suddenly it became very big. Its shadow was now 20 meters in diameter.
"Gamma, call Dragon, Kurt, Hector, Clair and all others who have king rank Pokemons. NOW!!!", shouted Axel.
He could guess what was going to happen and it was not something they could face with their strength.
Suddenly Gengars started to come out of the shadow. Axel could feel that all of them were king rank Pokemons. Most of them were tier 1 king rank Pokemons but some of them were even in tier 2.

Flashback, to 8 months ago,
"So Gengar, I know that you are the most powerful Pokemon in your tribe. That is the reason for my decision to let Marcus be trained by you. But I also feel that normal Gengars are highly respected and feared in your tribe. Why is that?", asked Axel.
"Haha, you have good observation skills. I will give you that. You are not wrong. You see, after Shedinja, Gengar were the most feared ghost-type Pokemons in ancient times."
"But why is that?", asked Axel.
"I was trained by a Shedinja. So, my specialty matches with Shedinja's tribe. However, normal Gengars are trained in their own ways. Normally ghost type Pokemon focuses on 3 ways of fighting. Darkness, soul, and shadow.
However, only Gengar focuses on illusion-type tactics."
"Illusion type? I think there might be other ghost type Pokemons that focus on illusion-type tactics.", said Axel.
"Of course there are. However, we Gengars are the god of illusion among the ghost type Pokemons.
Our illusions are so strong that you may never get away from it.
Let me give you some advice, Axel. If you see a group of powerful Gengars that are coming to attack you, just run. Don't even try to fight back. You are not strong enough to face them yet."
"Can you tell me the reason?"
"Yes, when we Gengars are in a group, our combined illusion-type attacks are heightened to an unbelievable degree. There is a peculiar technique that would let that happen. Gengars have been teaching that to their descendants for a long time.
Most of these techniques have been lost but some of the tribes still have them. If a powerful group of Gengars were to use this technique, there is a very low chance of getting out of there alive.
So, when you see a group of powerful Gengars, just run. Don't try to fight back."

Everything happened so fast. The soldier was able to contact all of them. By the time he did it, 27 king rank Gengars had taken their positions. They were in a very weird formation. Axel didn't know what they were going to do.
Agatha had 20 king rank Pokemons and 6 pseudo-champion rank Pokemon. Axel had 4 king rank Pokemons. There were also other soldiers that had king rank Pokemons.
In total, they had around 27 king rank Pokemon perfectly matching the wild Pokemons but Axel was not sure that they could fight against these groups of Gengars.
Agatha wanted to say something. Axel could tell that she was about to warm Axel of something very important but before she could everything went blank.

"Ahh, my whole body is aching."
Axel found himself on the ground. He slowly started to stand up. He was still half asleep.
After he stood up, he looked around.
"Where is this place? This is not the Kanto League. What happened to the tide?", asked Axel out loud.
It was dark at night. There were street lights around but most of the street lights were damaged. Axel could feel that he somehow knew this place but he could not point out which place it was.
He took some deep breaths and started to think. The last thing he remembered was the tide. A group of king-rank Gengars had used some sort of technique and.....
He could not remember why Gengars were doing that. He knew that he was starting to lose his memories. So, he sat on the ground and started to check his pockets.
He found out a mobile phone. The phone was very different. This was not the product of Pokemon world but he knew he had seen this before. He knew this phone. He felt like he had used this phone before.
He put on the password and it opened. How did he know the password? Then all of the things came together and it hit him.
He was on Earth. This was his previous world. He didn't know what the hell was happening but he opened the note inside the phone and started to write what he remembered cause he was starting to forget it very fast.
He wrote 5 points.
1. His mother, father, uncle, and his little sister and their names.
2. Red training him
3. Going to the league battle.
4. And Gengars coming together and attacking them.
5. Shedinja..
He wanted to write other points but he simply could not remember it. He knew that he was forgetting something. He had some Pokemons with him.
Shedinja... Nidoking...
But why would he have a weak Pokemon like Shedinja? Did he even have a Pokemon with him? Pokemon were fantasy, so why would he have one?
What was about this Gengar? Was he dreaming?
He looked into his note and got confused. He didn't have a little sister or uncle. The name of his mother and father was not correct. What the hell was happening?
"Ahhhh.....", he shouted out loud.
His head was paining very badly. He could not say what was real or what was fake.
He started to get confused about these 5 points he had written. He knew that some of them may be true but now he was confused. He wanted to delete the note but for some reason, he didn't.
"Let's go home and meet with mother and father. I will think about this another time.", he said to himself and started to walk.
He remembered all the roads and places near his home. Slowly he started to think that he was having a bad dream. But what was he doing sleeping on the road at night?
He looked at his watch and it was 10 p.m. he could see dozens of missed calls from his mother and father.
'Mom must be very worried. I should call her.', thought Axel and called his mother.
Tring.. Tring..
Katchak.
"WHERE ARE YOU? WE ARE WORRIED SICK HERE.", shouted her mother over the phone.
Axel started to tell what had happened to him and how he found himself on the street.
"Are you okay? Do you have injuries?", asked his mother.
"My whole body is paining and I think there is a wound in my head.", said Axel.
"OK, tell me where you are. Your father is coming to pick you up.", said his mother.
Within 15 minutes, he could see a white car coming towards him. He knew that the car belonged to his father.
His father was more calm than his mother but Axel could see that his father was also worried.
His father checked if he had any injuries and found out that there was a small wound in his head.
"Let's go to the hospital. I will tell your mother to go there too. Did you check your wallet?", asked his father.
Then he remembered that he didn't have his wallet.
"First we will go to the hospital and then we will file a police complaint.", said his father and both of them went to the hospital.
