"You have not heard about it cause normal people these days do not know about it. It had been lost in the pages of history. Coming to our topic, Every Pokemons were different in ancient times.
Some of them were big, some of them had different typings and some of them looked different. In ancient times, Charizard was a dragon type Pokemon. Don't ask how I know this, I could not reveal it to you.
But as per my theory, I feel that Charizard could become a Dragon-type Pokemon, it could reach God rank. Of course, it is just my theory but personally seeing all its progress I am confident.", said Oak.
"So, do you know why I said that you are lucky to have Charmeleon with a dragon type as its hidden power?", asked Oak
"Yes, but only if my theory stands corrected.", said Axel
"Even if it does not, a Charizard having a dragon type is a huge bonus. You got lucky. My Charizard's hidden power is rock.", said Oak.
He cannot even imagine the training courses and hard work both Oak and Charizard had to go through to reach that stage. So, after getting this lecture Axel had a change in his heart and he started to appreciate Charmeleon having dragon typing as its hidden power.
Axel patted Charmeleon on its head and moved to Nidorino's for using the final TM.
Nidorino also took 15 minutes to show any changes and finally Axel got the notification.

Axel didn't know what to say about it. He had seen a lot of poison users in anime on Earth but never came across any element that was compatible with poison. Almost all of them talked about the potency of poison and various types of poisons but there was no fusion with other elements.
Electric was a good typing but Axel had no idea how the poison type was going to synergize with electric. Axel thought to think about it in the future.
And now finally, 5 of Axel's Pokemons have awakened their hidden power. Axel was in the first stage of accomplishing his goal.
He didn't know how to capitalize on all of them, so he needed some time to think about it.
6 months were already gone. As per System's main mission, he should win the championship within the next 1.5 years. Right now, It seemed like an impossible dream.
He could win the next gym badge as the gym leader would use only 3 rare Pokemons, but for the next 3 badges, the gym leader would use at least 1 elemental ranked Pokemon.
And that was 'at least'. So the gym leader could use more than 1 elemental ranked Pokemon. So, unless something drastic happens, Axel didn't have any hope of winning the Championship of the Kanto region within 1.5 years.
Axel was overwhelmed by all of his, so he took deep breaths and tried to calm down.
'Let's first start with Bulbasaur.', he thought.

As of right now, it had just learned 3 new moves. 'Leech seed', 'Energy Ball' and 'Grassy Terrain'. Axel felt that he would train it in these moves until the peak. That was the reason, why he decided to let Bulbasaur learn all of it at once.
He wanted to combine 'Leech seed' and 'Grassy Terrain' to do something awesome. But Axel knew that this would not be possible until it evolves so, he thought not to do it right now.
The list of moves that Axel wanted Bulbasaur to learn right now were:
1. Ingrain
2. Terrain Pulse
3. Poison powder
4. Sleep Powder
5. Solar beam
6. Growth
7. Bullet seed
8. Sludge bomb
9. Earthquake
He had plans for all of them but he knew that overloading Bulbasaur with all these moves right now would be too much. So, he wanted Bulbasaur to train in the existing moves and bring them to the desired level. So,
Day 1 would be Sludge, Substitute and energy ball with Sunny day and Synthesis
Day 2 would be Rajor Leaf, Tackle, Vine whip, Grassy Terrain with Leech Seed
And then it would rotate for 1 month.
He didn't want Bulbasaur to master Tackle, but since it still was a kid in Axel eyes, he felt that it should have a good foundation. And he also wanted all of them to master their Hidden power to 100%. So, he added 'Water Sport' and 'Rain dance' for Bulbasaur.
'Water Sport' soaks the user with water to raise resistance to fire and 'Rain dance' calls out the rain. The former was for Day 1 and the latter was for Day 2
