Chapter 824: Awaken

Chapter 824: Awaken

The system suggested that Yuga should bring the Malamar and their laboratory back and let them work for him.

To prevent any mischief from the Malamar, he could simply seal their abilities since Yuga only needed their intelligence.

It\'s not easy to seal the powers of Malamar, who possess both Psychic and Dark abilities, but perhaps Nana, who was once a Legendary Pokémon, could accomplish it.

Given the many years these Malamar had imprisoned and exploited other Pokémon, it seemed fair to let them experience what it was like to be confined and exploited. Rather than killing them in vain, it\'s better to make the best use of them.

Yuga found himself agreeing with the system\'s suggestion. Getting these three Malamar to cooperate might require some effort, but he had time to train them.

As he looked at the three severely weakened Malamar, Yuga couldn\'t help but smirk, much like Gengar had earlier, sending shivers down the Malamar\'s spines.

With his decision made, Yuga began dismantling the Malamar\'s laboratory.

The high-precision computers, power generators, crystal amplification devices, and the energy conversion equipment from the second laboratory were all taken apart.

These were valuable items that could be repaired and put to good use back home. Yuga didn\'t intend to continue researching the ultimate weapon, but these instruments could be repurposed for other studies.

One particularly valuable find was the immense energy stored within the four pyramidal columns. This energy had been extracted over several decades from hundreds of captured Pokémon. It would be a shame to waste it.

As Yuga disassembled their laboratory, the three Malamar watched in frustration but dared not do anything, as Gengar was there watching them with evil smile, eagerly anticipating any mischief from them so it can torture them again.

Seeing Gengar\'s eagerness, the Malamar refrained from any actions, knowing they would be playing right into Gengar\'s hands.

Soon, the entire black building\'s laboratory was dismantled by Yuga, including the underground section. If Yuga weren\'t such a resourceful individual, he might not have been able to take all these items with him.

As the three Malamar gazed at the empty rooms, they were ofainted with anger, and their decades of their efforts had come to nothing.

Observing the unconscious Malamar, Yuga retrieved three Poké Balls and sealed them inside, locking the Balls securely.

Yuga also decided to capture the Magnemite and Magneton from the black building since he would need a source of energy for the Malamar\'s work.

In fact, providing energy for the black building relied not only on Magnemite and Magneton; even though they were Electric-type Pokémon, supplying energy to such a large laboratory would have been a struggle for them.

These Pokémon also needed their electric power for their daily activities. If they supplied all their energy to the laboratory, they would have become useless.

So, Magnemite and Magneton usually absorbed natural lightning, especially during thunderstorms, stored the energy, and then provided it to the laboratory.

With everything packed up, Yuga left the black building with his two Meowstic.

The thought of leaving this place filled the Meowstic siblings with anticipation. It was a hope for leaving the forest that had imprisoned them and a hope for a new life.

These two Meowstic were siblings who had been inseparable since they were young, up until they were captured by the Malamar. They hadn\'t left this forest until now.

When Yuga and the Meowstic emerged from the building, they saw a crowd of Pokémon gathered in front of the building\'s gate. Some were captives, while others were from the forest, seeking information.

"Big brother!"

Seeing Yuga come out, Bonnie, who was among the crowd, waved excitedly. Mismagius stood beside her.

Yuga quickly walked up to Bonnie and asked, "How are you all doing? Are you okay?"

Bonnie shook her head and said with a troubled expression, "I\'m fine, but my brother and Heliolisk haven\'t woken up yet."

Yuga glanced at Clemont and Helioptile, who were resting on the back of Gogoat. He smiled and reassured her, "Don\'t worry; both of them are fine."

After saying that, Yuga released the Malamar leader from its Poké Ball and kicked it hard.

The Malamar slowly opened its eyes and, upon seeing Yuga, couldn\'t help but flinch.

"Don\'t dawdle; release your Hypnosis on them," Yuga ordered the Malamar in a cold voice, kicking it again.

Perhaps due to being kicked on a wound, the Malamar gasped but didn\'t dare to disobey Yuga\'s command.

It must be said that the Malamar\'s Hypnosis was truly potent. Even though it had lost its ability to battle earlier, Clemont and the others were not able to wake up.

Seeing the massive Malamar, Bonnie timidly hid behind Yuga. She exclaimed, "It\'s the one that took my brother!"

Bonnie loved Pokémon, but the Malamar\'s fierce appearance startled her.

Once the Hypnosis was lifted, Clemont\'s Heliolisk and Gogoat, were the first to wake up, with Clemont being the last.

"Yuga!" Clemont shouted as he sat up abruptly and then looked around in confusion when he saw Yuga, Bonnie, and the surrounding Pokémon.

"Wow... big brother!" Bonnie exclaimed with joy upon seeing Clemont finally waking up. She couldn\'t contain her emotions and burst into tears, then rushed into Clemont\'s arms.

Unprepared for this, Clemont was knocked backward, but fortunately, Gogoat was behind him to cushion the fall.

Seeing Bonnie cry in Clemont\'s arms, Yuga realized that the little girl had been frightened. He couldn\'t resist kicking the main culprit, the Malamar, once again.

"M-Bonnie..." Clemont stammered, feeling overwhelmed as he tried to console her by gently patting her back.

But what is the situation now? Wasn\'t he arrested?

Clemont still couldn\'t figure out the situation.

Despite the emotional outburst, Bonnie eventually composed herself enough to explain the situation to Clemont. However, she didn\'t know about the laboratory and only mentioned that Yuga had saved her.

"Thank you, big brother," Clemont expressed his gratitude to Yuga, recognizing that he had saved him. But he did not ask about things in the laboratory, and Yuga did not mention it to him.

He was not fool. On the contrary, he was quite intelligent, and he sensed that Yuga didn\'t want to discuss what had happened in the laboratory. So, he wisely chose not to ask.

Clemont could tell that Yuga had his reasons for keeping silent, and he respected that decision.
