Chapter 2484 - Reappearance of the Flameyellow Divinities
Tianming looked ahead as they emerged from the passage. In front of him was a cave that Lin Xiaodao had dug beneath the mountain himself. After all, Skyhold Palace was enormous, so the mountain also seemed boundless. The remains of the ancient astralship was the most eye-catching thing in this cave.
"I’ll leave you to it. Go through the main entrance. The foundation caeli are all kept in the first hall. I haven\'t really explored the rest, so don\'t go any deeper." Lin Xiaodao urged. He was in a hurry to deal with other matters.
"Got it!" Tianming nodded.
"I’m leaving then. Goodbye!" Lin Xiaodao disappeared in the blink of an eye.
"Think of this as your own home! Don’t forget, I’ll let you know a few days in advance if I’m coming back! I won’t interrupt your happy time!" Although the man was gone, his voice still lingered in the air. Not long after, the mountain shook from the vibrations caused by the Reaper taking off into the sky. Lin Xiaodao was definitely in a hurry.
Tianming and the girls were left in a daze. "Let’s go on an adventure!" he laughed, trying to clear the awkwardness.
"I’ll stay. I\'m afraid I might swallow up all the caeli if I\'m not careful, so I\'ll wait for you here," Lin Xiaoxiao said.
"I should stay as well. The caeli of orderans are good enough for me…." Moran blushed, lowering her head.
"Alright then. We’ll explore a little and go back up to get settled."
Tianming and Feiling flew toward the ruins. As they drew closer, the huge monster under the veil of darkness was gradually revealed.
"Shaped like a dragon?" Tianming could vaguely see the shape of the astralship.
"A two-headed dragon? Isn\'t that like Lan Huang?" Feiling asked, her sparkly eyes widening.
"It\'s a two-headed dragon, but it\'s different from Lan Huang."
Lan Huang was the Primordial Terraqua Dragon, with nine kui mountains on its back and nine kui seas on its belly. The dragon in front of him was a regular two-headed dragon that wasn’t as thick and burly as Lan Huang. The astralship appeared rather dim, due to the passage of time and the fact that it was completely devoid of nova source. It would be hard to tell without taking a closer look.
From what he could see, the gold and black dragon heads appeared formidable and somewhat resembled the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb.
"Why does it look familiar.... Big Brother, there are some words here!" Feiling was puzzled at first, then surprised.
"Words?" Tianming was stunned. Looking where Feiling pointed, he found a gold character on the abdomen of the black dragon and a black character on the abdomen of the gold dragon.
"Flame?" Tianming said.
"And that says yellow!" Feiling exclaimed.
Flameyellow? What a coincidence!
"A two-headed dragon astralship? And it’s similar to the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb? The Ninedragon Imperial Tomb belonged to the flameyellow divinities, who lived on the Flameyellow Imperial Star, an imperial-class world…. Could the Gladean Ruins be related to them?" Tianming was shocked. He never expected this. The more he studied the astralship, the more familiar it felt. Wasn\'t it a simpler version of the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb? Of course, it was also much larger than the current Ninedragon Imperial Tomb. It might expand and appear more majestic once it was recharged with nova source.
"The Gladean Ruins, which were hidden deep within Gladeus’ nova source, are related to the flameyellow divinities?"
The ruins must have lain undiscovered for years.
Tianming froze for a moment, before recalling the foundation caeli within the astralship. "Could they be the caeli of flameyellow divinities?"
With that thought in mind, he immediately pulled Feiling toward the astralship’s entrance. It was pitch black inside, similar to the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb in the beginning. After all, the nova source within was completely gone. Deathly silence filled the air.
"The first hall!"
At the end of a wide passage, an abyss-like hall appeared before their eyes.
"The Legacy Room!" The words were engraved at the front of the hall. Tianming went in without saying another word. In that instant, it felt as if he was falling into the reges mundi level. Before him was a vast world enveloped by darkness where the only source of light came from the entrance.
Tianming and Feiling were floating in midair in a space that was most likely constructed by formations dedicated to storing the top caeli. Foundation caeli required resonance.
"Let’s try together."
Tianming didn\'t have much to say. Imperial-class, the Flameyellow Coffin, the Ninedragon Imperial Tomb, and flameyellow divinities… they were all too familiar to him. As an astral god, it was now easier for him to connect with these foundation caeli. This time, he deliberately used the power of symbiotic cultivation, as well as his totems, and of course, the Ninedragon Tribulation, which had a totem sword formation.
In the desolate cave, Tianming manifested his decapath era swords to seek out caeli together with the Grand-Orient Sword.
"Nine dragons merge into one! Imperialdragon Flameyellow Immemorial!"
As soon as he waved his sword, the entire world suddenly lit up. Tianming looked up. The caeli of numerous reges mundi shone brightly in this dark hall like resplendent stars in the night sky. This time, they shone for him, turning night into day.
"There’s so many of them…." Light illuminated Feiling like white snow on her skin. She was forced to cover her eyes.
Perhaps it was Tianming’s move that had drawn attention. Countless eyes seemed to be looking at him. Lin Xiaodao would be stunned if he were present; it had taken him decades to draw out the foundation caeli and count how many there were. However, it had only taken Tianming one move.
"So they’re seniors of the flameyellow divinities and their caeli were actually preserved here...." Tianming was a little surprised. Taking a deep breath, he moved closer to them.
