Chapter 132: Be cautious

Telvi nudged him playfully, "And don\'t forget about your fighting skills. I heard you\'re training some new troops."

Baktou nodded, his eyes sparkling with determination. "Yeah, I want to make sure our village is safe. We can\'t always rely on Garnt and the main village. I want to show how much I have grown. At some point, I want to make this village as developed as the main village and help Garnt."

Telvi smiled at his words and put her hands around his shoulders and kissed him while looking into his eyes, but then suddenly Baktou muttered something rather interesting.

"I also want to make your dream come true. When I meet Garnt next time, I will ask him to have sex with you. I also can\'t wait to see that."

Telvi\'s smile got even more wide as she heard those words and suddenly started to caress Baktou\'s already stiff cock, while looking at him like she was on the verge of going crazy. "You\'re the best husband I could ask for. I know it is still working time, but why don\'t we go back home for now?"

Baktou\'s cock was even more stiff hearing her whispering words and he lifted her. "I knew you were always my love, but I didn\'t think you would be this naughty. I\'m going make you pregnant today,"

With those words, both of them returned to their wooden hut. For some reason, nobody had seen either of them for the entire day. There were witnesses who claimed to have heard animal-like sounds emanating from Baktou\'s hut. The events that transpired in their house remained a mystery.

The next morning, Baktou gathered the eager villagers in a makeshift training ground. "Listen up, everyone! We need to be ready for anything. I\'ve prepared a training program to sharpen our skills and build a strong defence. Everyone needs to participate because you need to know about self-defence despite having warriors in our village."

It was Garnt\'s plan to give basic training to normal people because he knew that would significantly increase their power.

As Baktou demonstrated various techniques, the villagers followed his lead, their movements growing more coordinated with each passing day. The once calm village now echoed with the sounds of swords clashing and arrows whistling through the air. Also, the mining and blacksmith works have been going rather smoothly in it.

While this training was going on, in a small workshop, Baktou hunched over a table covered with blueprints. The skilled workers watched with admiration as Baktou meticulously studied the plans for a wooden ballista that was sent to him by Garnt.

One of the most important blacksmiths in the village grinned, "You\'ve got a knack for this, Baktou. Our village will have the sturdiest ballista in the region compared to other sub-villages."

Baktou grinned back, "I want to make sure we\'re ready for anything that comes our way. These improvements will not only protect us but also make our village thrive. Apparently, the hot spring village got attacked by an animal called a dinosaur. We should quickly work on this weapon."

Days turned into weeks, and the village of blacksmiths began to transform from just being a mining place to a multitasking village. Baktou\'s relationship with Telvi blossomed even more, the villagers became a formidable fighting force, and the wooden ballista took shape under Baktou and the workers\' skilled hands.

One evening, as the sun set on the horizon, Baktou and Telvi stood atop a hill, overlooking their village. The air was filled with a sense of accomplishment.

"We did it, Baktou," Telvi whispered, her eyes filled with pride.

Baktou nodded, squeezing her hand, "We did it together. And Our village is stronger than ever. When Garnt visits us next time, he will be surprised by all this."

Telvi smiled hearing Garnt\'s name. "You really love our patriarch, don\'t you? I heard the story about how he is basically your lifesaver. I can\'t help but admire him."

"I get it! If I were a woman, I would definitely become Garnt\'s wife. That\'s why I can understand your desire to have his children. I think every woman in our village should have at least one of his children, but obviously, my sister won\'t allow it because she is jealous. However, I will give you that special chance."

Both of them were peacefully hugging each other while talking about some insane stuff until they heard one of the hunters shouting at Baktou, asking him to quickly come and watch something.

"What\'s wrong?" He asked worried that something dangerous must have happened.

"There\'s a human outside our gates. She looks like she is on the verge of dying, It\'s not looking good,"

Baktou\'s eyes narrowed as he surveyed the surroundings upon hearing his words, the forest casting long shadows in the fading light. The village guards stood at attention as the injured woman lay on the outskirts of the village.

He decided to quickly see what this was about since he was already too cautious about something like this happening.

"Who are you, and why are you here?" Baktou demanded his voice firm as soon as he approached the woman.

The woman struggled to sit up, her ragged clothes revealing signs of a harsh journey. "Please, I need your help. They\'re coming for me. Help me!"

Baktou remained vigilant, his suspicion evident. "What happened? Who is after you and how did you find us?"

The woman\'s voice trembled with weakness. "I was a prisoner. They used us for labour and reproduction and treated us like animals. I couldn\'t take it anymore. I had to escape. It hurts."

Baktou exchanged a glance with Telvi, his thoughts racing. The scars of his own past experiences made him cautious, but he couldn\'t turn a blind eye to someone in need. He signalled to the guards to lift Amara gently and bring her to the village, but he wasn\'t stupid enough to believe something without proper shreds of evidence.

\'Did she escape from Moga? Or did another person start to follow Moga and act like a wild animal?\'

He was curious, but thinking that Moga must have died, and Amel, being the weak person he is, must have frozen to death during the winter Baktou knew the chances of something like that happening were small. But after seeing this woman, the bitter taste of the past incidents starts to recover in his mind.

"We\'ll help you, but we need to be cautious," Baktou warned, his eyes scanning the treeline. "Tell us everything you know, and we\'ll decide what to do next."

As they approached the village gates, Baktou kept a watchful eye on the surroundings, half-expecting an ambush. The guards placed the injured woman on a makeshift stretcher, and Baktou spoke in a hushed tone.

"Keep an eye out. Something doesn\'t feel right. Telvi, gather some villagers, just in case and send a messenger to meet Garnt. It looks like another battle is getting close."

The village buzzed with activity as word spread about the strange woman who looked like she was on the verge of dying. Baktou, still wary, approached the woman. "Start talking. What\'s the real story? How do you know we are not going to harm you? How did you find us?"

The woman\'s eyes pleaded for understanding. "I can\'t go back there. They\'ll kill me. Please, help me find safety. I heard about this place when those animals were talking about attacking someone named Garnt. I heard them calling him a stupid kid for sheltering these unwanted people despite having power and called him an idiot for not using those people for his own advantage."

Everyone in the area who heard what she said felt intense anger in their minds. "How dare they talk about him like that?"

Baktou sighed, torn between skepticism and empathy. "We\'ll discuss this with the village. For now, rest and regain your strength. But remember, we\'re watching. I don\'t believe you."

The next few hours went by without anything significant happening and Baktou was on the fence.

"Damn it! What should I do? Is she really telling the truth? But she doesn\'t look like a woman that could lie, but what do I know about women," Baktou muttered to himself, but what he didn\'t notice was the faint smile that decorated the face of the woman who claimed she was injured.

\'Now Garnt, come here and show me whether you are really the person I think it is. I\'m waiting for you.\'

The woman who was getting treated for her injuries thought while transforming her grin back to a pained expression hoping her plans would end up being successful despite how bad of a situation she is in.
