Chapter 152: The Archive
Some coming in to turn in their missions while other entering into various training room to increase their strength and combat techniques.
As for Tyrion who has just exited the Legend Mountain, he was currently heading to the Archive.
The Archive was like a large wizard's tower expect that the building was extremely well structured, giving the feeling of an antique tower but also a futuristic one.
This wasn't Tyrion's time entering the Archive as he had been here before.
With familiarity, he scanned his watch at the entrance of the Tower letting him access into the inner gates.
The Archive was strangely quiet and Tyrion didn't see the white-haired old man he had seen the previous time he was here.
Letting out a deep breath, he scanned the books present in this floor and they were filled with manuals typically on cell tempering beings genetic soldiers would use.
He was a Genetic soldier hence books in the first floor was useless to him. Without hesitation, Tyrion proceeded along the steps, walking towards the second floor.
There, a filmsy ray of light which looked like a curtain stopped him from entering the second floor.
Tyrion stretched out his hands and his Neon watch was scanned once more.
[Please wait while your cell activation level is being determined...]
[100% activated cells, your entry level command has been upgraded by one level. (Level-1 ➔ Level-2)]
"Welcome Legend Tyrion to the Archive. Please proceed."
[Note: Check your student's page for the list of rewards and perks earned and type in your Building information to receive the prize.]
The automaton voice sounded out, and Tyrion nodded his head as he proceeded forwards.
The moment he entered the second floor, he was immediately amazed.
The books here wasn't as much as the books in the first floor but they seemed really ancient, giving off the murky smell of old books.
Tyrion wasn't the only one in the second floor through. He noticed quite a few people checking out the manuals on the shelves.
Some of them had just one skull-head badge on their chest, signifying that they were first year students just like him.
They discuss in hushed voices amongst each other what techniques they should choose and which one is more efficient.
However, Tyrion noticed quite a few people having two skull heads badges on their chest which meant that they were second year students.
"Ohhh! Tyrion is actually in the Archive, this is going to be interesting."
"How come he's here anyways, wasn't he still at 10 percent activation level?"
The students present chuckled silently at the joke. "Haha. Come on, his talent isn't that bad."
"Right?! How can you speak to our esteemed Legend that way?" Another student mocked with a sneer as the others burst out laughing.
Tyrion glanced at them indifferently, he could sense that most of them had peaked their cell activation levels but why do thy seem so weak?
Compared to the young man he had killed half a day ago, Sivan, they were simply too weak and couldn't even compare.
Removing his gaze from them, Tyrion completely ignored them and scanned his surrounding then saw that the floor seem to be divided into two parts.
One part stored Combat Techniques while the second part matured pure Nuclear Technique.
It was the Nuclear technique Tyrion was searching for, therefore he headed to the second part.
It was then Tyrion laid his eyes on the the ancient books stored delicately on the shelf.
Walking carefully to one of the shelves, Tyrion stopped to pick up the first book before him. It was a slightly old manual with glossy but dry and fluffy texture.
There was a large warning sign stating not to open the books at the entrance of the library and could only read the introductory text at the front page.
Infinite Void Attraction: Manipulating the cells in a way that mimic the void attraction of the cosmos this technique increases nuclear rate of absorption by ten percent. Upon advancement, each stage increases rate of absorption by five percent. At the ultimate stage of this technique, a domain around a ten meter radius would be under user's complete control.
Tyrion raised an eyebrow upon reading the text. Just the first book he had picked was already so powerful, Tyrion couldn't wait to see the other books. Although he wasn't exactly sure what domain had to do with the technique, but he had a few ideas about how it could be used. Moving on to the next books.
Flame Reconstruction: The consequence of dynamic chemical reaction that occurs during the cumbustion of fire spontaneously agitated the energy in an area therefore attracting and creating even more suction force in the surroundings. Increases absorption rate by ten percent.
The technique contains three stages and when user reaches the ultimate stage, the body gain resistance such that it would be invulnerable to weapons like anti-tank missile or even a ballistic missile!
Tyrion's heart thumped loudly upon reading the secund manual. The manuals were getting even better and better! It was just rare tier technique and not even a combat tactic and yet, they appeared even more impressive than the Demonic Blood Cell tempering technique.
Licking his dried lips, Tyrion reluctant removed his gaze from the manual. Although the Flame Reconstruction technique was tempting, Tyrion didn't want to select it yet as there might be others even more impressive than it.
Checking the next book, Tyrion began to read through the manuals like a maniac.
Radiation Zerth, Uranium 2-33, Catalytic absorption, Dark Atherium Of Singularity, Purple Ray Of Moon, Ionized Solar Pulse, Nuclear Surge, Stable Frequency Orb.
Uranium 2-33: With the aid of element Uranium stone, surrounding radiation would become agitated, hence much easier to absorb.
Catalytic Substance: This technique depends entirely on serums. Absorb dust by drinking serums.
Ionized Solar Pulse: Transforming the cell into that of a Terminal Soler panel, rate of absorption increases with the intensity of the sun along with the practice of the manual. At the Ultimate stage, user can release energy beam made of compressed air and plasma, stored in the cells before being released as an explosive burst.
