Chapter 389 Message From The Sisters Of Fate
All of a sudden, he felt his hands and legs pull to the earth as if it were metal to a magnet.
The pressure was a lot for his veins and his arteries as well.
He could feel the blood in his body being acted upon by gravity.
Lenny felt as if his body now weighed several tons.
It was so heavy that he felt as if he were butter thrown into a hot pot.
His entire body instantly entered a baptism of screaming discomfort.
To help himself, he activated his magic, and white flames went about his body, making his burden lighter.
However, Lenny was left speechless when he heard a disturbing alarm from the system.

His magic points were dropping, and they were dropping fast.
Lenny frowned. The pressure in this space was even strong enough to exhaust his power.
Regardless, he was not going to back off now.
However, the true problem came when he tried to move.
Taking the first step was not easy. Raising a leg felt like he was trying to go against the natural rules of physics.
It was like throwing an object in the air and expecting it to stay there.
However, this challenge ignited in him his zeal to conquer.
Focusing much of his magic power into his right leg, he forced it to move.
However, it was not enough.
"Fucking Move!!!" He screamed at himself.
The winds from the sand storm blew heavy, adding to his problem.
Even though the sun still shone high in the sky, there was lightning as the harsh winds pushed against him.

His magic points fell like it was being drained.
His veins bulged on his face, and then he activated Will.
Instantly, he was finally about to move his leg to complete the step.
Lenny smiled; however, he was promptly ejected from the simulation.
Lenny looked around him. He was back in the captain's cabin.
His body was soaked completely with sweat, and his breathing was high and heavy.
He could not help but feel as if the room was spinning around him, and the rocking of the ship did not help his situation either.
An overwhelming sense of fatigue took over his body.
He wanted to stay awake, but the seduction of sleep was strong; besides, there was no immediate danger.
In this manner, he fell on his side and fell asleep.
His sleep was deep. In this place, on this dry expanse of land large and wide, surrounded by the possibility of a million things going wrong, Lenny actually found deep rest.
.....
Lenny could suddenly hear voices.
These voices were not about him.
They felt a bit close yet infinitely distant.
It was obvious that they were not of this world, but he still felt like they were.
There were the voices of an old woman, a middle-aged woman, and, surprisingly, a toddler.
They seemed to be in an argument.
Soon, he could actually see their silhouette.
It was vague and dark, made bright only a bit by what looked like an eye being passed around.
Every time one of them would take hold of it, the eye would focus on him, as if they were checking him out.
He wanted to talk and move, but he could do neither.
It was like only his eyes and ears had been privileged.
"We finally found him. Quickly, we need to pull him in and kill him like all the others! He is going against the judgment of the heavens. If he fails, we are fucked." The old woman adviced.
"No! I can tell that this one is different. Even if we try to pull him now, it won't work. Besides, we already sold his fate to the Morningstar. Going against a deal with a divine one will definitely not end well." The middle aged woman suggested
"But the Morningstar is no more! We can at least try. The only reason we can manage to even peek at him is because his holy magic is depleted and no greater magic is shielding him. Such an opportunity is as rare as the blood moon. If we move now, it might actually work." The old woman added again.
"You two are fools. There is finally a possibility, and you want to chicken out. Was the point of the deal with the morningstar not so that we could be free from this eternal curse? Now that he is finally climbing, you are getting cold feet." This time around, it was the toddler that responded.
"I agree with you, sister. What we need to do now is protect his fate. Remember, if we can see him, then it means that the Divines can see him too." The middle-aged woman responded.
The aged woman sighed, "So are we risking it or not?"
"I suggest we wait and see what he does with the eighth earth first. After all, if he cannot even change that tiny place, then he is simply trash." The Middle aged woman nodded.
"And what of the divine ones?" The old woman asked, pulling the eye from the toddler to have a better look at Lenny. The eye was not checking out his face, but his groin area.
"Give me that, you disgusting old pig," the toddler sighed. "The divine ones will not attack yet. They will wait for him. After all, they have been many challengers before him," she sighed again. "We have suffered this fate for far too long. If there is even a little bit of hope, I would rather grab it than spend another millennium with you two old fools."
"We love you too, sister." But the old woman and the middle aged lady giggled lightly.
"Then it's settled then."
*knock~knock~knock*
Lenny heard a knock on the door, and immediately he woke up.
However, the first thing he saw surprised him.
