Chapter 71 - 71 - To Hold You In A Dream
"Let go! Look at you who are very messy," Soo Yin said while trying to escape because the smell of alcohol made her stomach nauseous.
"Soo Yin, let me hug you even in a dream," Dae Hyun said. Didn\'t care about his wife who kept struggling.
\'Geez, does he think this is all a dream,\' Soo Yin thought.
Soo Yin didn\'t understand what her husband was saying. So she just hugged Dae Hyun back. She also missed him very much because it had been a long time since she saw her husband. However the girl was annoyed with his current condition.
Instead of welcoming her with a bouquet of flowers, it actually made her difficult like that.
Dae Hyun let go of his embrace. Reached out his hand to touch Soo Yin\'s cheek, rubbed it very gently. Then held his wife\'s chin, examined Soo Yin\'s lips with sad eyes.
Their faces were now only a few centimeters away. Until finally Dae Hyun landed a soft kiss on Soo Yin\'s lips then took it off. He still thought that all of this was just a dream.
Soo Yin rubbed Dae Hyun\'s cheek with a pity look. She didn\'t know what happened to her husband until he was like this. The girl thought maybe because of the pile of work that made him like this.
Due to the influence of alcohol, Dae Hyun finally collapsed and was unconscious.
"Dae Hyun, wake up." Soo Yin patted her husband\'s cheek, whose head was on his lap.
"Ahjumma, help me!" Soo Yin shouted for help. It was impossible to take him to the room herself.
"Miss, what\'s wrong with Mr. Dae Hyun?" Auntie Xia who just walked in asked because she listened to Soo Yin\'s scream.
"I don\'t know, he\'s drinking too much. Better call Chung Ho to take Dae Hyun to the room," Soo Yin said.
Aunt Xia immediately called Chung Ho to help them carry Dae Hyun to make it easier to take him to the room.
Soo Yin treated Dae Hyun\'s hand wounds with cotton. The man was still asleep while occasionally babbling incoherently. His face looked very messy. There are dark circles on the eyelids.
Soo Yin took off the clothes her husband was wearing. She could not stand the smell of alcohol that overpowered her sense of smell. Clean the stomach until the hands use a towel and warm water.
The girl smiled to herself when she saw her husband\'s stomach which was like torn bread. She really wanted to eat it.
"Honey, don\'t leave me," Dae Hyun said, who had been raving like that a long time ago.
Soo Yin just rolled her eyes then let out a long sigh seeing her husband\'s behavior. This was the first time Soo Yin has seen her husband get drunk like that.
After she finished doing her job Soo Yin went to the backyard. Wanted to breathe in the fresh breeze with a view of colorful flowers. Like not feeling it for a long time. Suddenly there was a delicious aroma of cooking that penetrated her sense of smell. Makes her stomach felt hungry.
Soo Yin looked at the clock on her hand, it turned out that it\'s time for lunch soon so the girl came back in to help Auntie Xia cook. Even though she only helps clean the vegetables.
"You\'d better just rest," Aunt Xia said.
"I\'m tired of resting all the time, it\'s been enough for one month I keep lying down. I want to do something," Soo Yin said with a cheerful face. She never imagined something like that happened to her life. But felt grateful if she heard the story from Auntie Xia how considerate he was during her unconsciousness.
"What if Mr. Dae Hyun is looking for you?" Aunt Xia felt that Dae Hyun didn\'t know Soo Yin has woken up from a long sleep.
"If he looks for me he will definitely come out of the room later," Soo Yin said while helping Auntie Xia wash the vegetables. But suddenly her ankle felt cramped so Soo Yin bent over to hold it.
"Didn\'t I tell you to just rest?" Auntie Xia helped Soo Yin to sit on the chair.
"I\'m not that weak, Ahjumma." Soo Yin didn\'t like it when people think she\'s weak.
Auntie Xia just shook her head to face Soo Yin\'s stubbornness who hasn\'t changed. But she can understood because Soo Yin was still very young after all.
"I don\'t think he knows if you are conscious," Auntie Xia said. Considering what happened to Dae Hyun earlier, he must has thought that something had happened to his wife.
"But last night when I just realized didn\'t you call him?" Soo Yin asked.
"But why did he drank so much like that?" Auntie Xia couldn\'t understand what Dae Hyun had done.
"Maybe because there was a lot of work piling up so to lighten the burden he drank so much that he got drunk." Soo Yin felt a little angry with Dae Hyun. How could an adult like him did such a stupid thing.
????????????
Dae Hyun opened his eyes when the aroma of cooking entered his sense of smell. Immediately writhing the worms in his stomach because of hunger. Since Soo Yin was in a coma, he didn\'t really pay attention to his health.
\'Where am I?\' Dae Hyun thought as he looked around the room. Very familiar with that room which was indeed his room with Soo Yin.
Tried to remember what really happened to him so that there was a wound on his bandaged hand.
Then immediately remembered as if he saw Soo Yin in front of his eyes. Earlier, it really felt like her touch was so intoxicating.
To make sure, Dae Hyun immediately got up from his bed. Walking unsteadily towards the down stairs.
Once he arrived in the dining room, he widened his eyes when a woman who looked like his wife was preparing food. Repeatedly rubbing and blinking his eyes. To make sure it wasn\'t just an illusion.
"You\'re awake," Soo Yin said when she saw Dae Hyun standing still at the door. She immediately approached her husband.
"Am I not dreaming?" Dae Hyun asked. Could not believe what he saw.
Soo Yin didn\'t understand Dae Hyun\'s thoughts, always saying was it not a dream. Reached out her hand to touch her husband\'s forehead. The temperature was normal, not hot at all.
Dae Hyun took Soo Yin\'s hand, pressed it against his cheek for a moment and closed his eyes. If this was just a dream, he really didn\'t want to wake up.
"Please pinch my cheek," Dae Hyun said.
"Arghh," Dae Hyun shouted as Soo Yin\'s hand pinched his cheek.
"Never mind, you drank too much so you ended up like this. Let\'s have lunch! After that hurry to take a shower so that your mind is not messed up." Soo Yin released her hand from Dae Hyun\'s grip.
Before Soo Yin could leave, Dae Hyun immediately hugged his wife very tightly. It turned out that none of this was a dream. Without realizing the tears he was holding back finally fell too.
"I thought I\'d lose you," Dae Hyun said hoarsely.
"Let go! I\'m embarrassed to be seen by Ahjumma," Soo Yin said while releasing her husband\'s hug.
"Leave it, I don\'t care," Dae Hyun said, he was like a child.
"You\'re like a child." Soo Yin pushed her husband\'s body because she felt tight.
Dae Hyun forced to release his embrace. Then sit down on one of the chairs.
Soo Yin fetched Dae Hyun rice and side dishes until they fill the plate. The man must have not paid attention to the food until his cheekbones were exposed.
"Have you not been eating? Look at you now looking thin." Soo Yin pursed her lips.
Dae Hyun didn\'t answer, chose to watch Soo Yin\'s every move. He was very grateful to finally be able to come to his senses. All his dreams and fears did not come true.
"You have to finish everything," Soo Yin said like a mother who forced her child to eat.
Dae Hyun glared at his very full plate. Not sure he could finish all of that.
"Why are you just silent? Eat quickly," Soo Yin said as she fed the food into her own mouth.
"I want you to feed me," Dae Hyun whined.
Soo Yin rolled her eyes. She can\'t stop thinking that her husband will act like that. Soo Yin wad forced to feed Dae Hyun, but felt nervous when the man kept staring at her.
"Go back to UN Village. Aeri has been calling your number since earlier and it makes my ears want to crack," Soo Yin grumbled as she tidied the dining table.
"I\'ll go home with you," Dae Hyun said casually. Besides, he didn\'t want to go anywhere.
"I won\'t." Soo Yin remembered the time when Dae Hyun forced her to come with him. Where Aeri and Dae Hyun looked like a harmonious married couple. That moment really made her heart felt sick. She didn\'t want to do that again.
