Chapter 600 Let Me Repay Your KINDNESS
While bringing her mother along with her, Han Xiaowen's heart was not filled with worry or bitterness just like whenever she would feel after coming to the office all this long.
Right now, she sat beside her mother holding her shoulder to shoulder to her and there was a sense of respect and inspiration in her eyes as she stared at her mother.
Rarely would any girl want to become like her mother?
But here, Han Xiaowen wanted to be just like her mother, the person who inspires so many people and had started without anyone's help and now was so much power that she had the right to look down on anyone.
It had to be known that the Han Industries not only focused on the manufacturing of metals and other sectors like textile and paper, but it also had a fair share in some small businesses like jewellery, and construction.
Although it was not as powerful as others in those since the Han Industries was not well versed in those sectors and had just joined it.
But it had to be noted that it was still doing better when considering that it was completely a newbie to those sectors.
Right now, the Han Industries focused on metals, paper and textile industries.
And with all those, the annual profit would en masse to roughly a billions of dollars in profit yearly.
And it was just the profit, which was left after the salary and other expenses were given out.
It could be said that whoever gets the power of this company would never have to even worry about money even if they were to not work properly enough.
"Chief Li!"
Most of the shareholders who adeptly respected her bowed after standing from their position.
"Hmm."
Li Zhiyun waved her hand with a nod making them sit.
"TSK"
In the hall, right beside her someone frowned.
She didn't need to look at the person who frowned since she could clearly guess who it was.
Of course, it was none other than Han Xiaowen's uncle.
The moment he saw Han Xiaowen walk in following her mother, he couldn't help but frown.
He knew that whatever he had planned for so long would all go to waste since the appearance of Li Zhiyun might give confidence and the dare to many who were already opposed to his idea.
'I have paid a sky-high prize for all this, I can't let this b!itch wash it all out in just a few moments.'
As for Li Zhiyun, she had a cold sneer hung on her lips as she saw the ashen face of her brother in law.
No matter if it was someone from the family, if they were making her daughter's life miserable and forcing her into doing some things which she didn't want to, then they would have to face her before confronting her daughter.
And nor would she allow them to slip away without getting what they deserved.
And in these two days, even if Han Xiaowen had not told her much about her Uncle conspiring against her wanting to take over the company, with her intelligence and Han Xiaowen's guard Li Fen had told her everything.
Li Zhiyun knew that she couldn't believe anyone with her daughter other than a few people in this world and one of them was Li Fen who was also a close relative of her and she had known since she was a child.
While thinking of what she had heard from Li Fen, Li Zhiyun's heart turned cold.
'You even want my child to suffer so much, and you call yourself as her Uncle, then let me as her mother repay your KINDNESS.'
With a wave of blazing anger rising in her heart, she turned to the numerous people and nodded once again, indicating the start of the meeting.
"Mrs Li, as per the request of Mr Han, we are going to conduct a voting for the next CEO of the company as it seems that Miss Han is not adequate for the role of leading the industry."
The one who spoke out was definitely Han Lao, as his words were definitely aimed at blaming Han Xiaowen for all that has happened.
But he definitely didn't approve of the few steps which she had taken which had benefitted the company for the last two years.
One wouldn't need to think much to understand that he was against Han Xiaowen.
But hearing his words, many of the shareholders frowned.
It was obvious that they also didn't feel that what the young man said was completely true.
Be it the people who had joined Han Lao's camp or the ones who were sincere to Li Zhiyun, almost every one of them knew clearly that the company was doing fine under the leadership of Han Xiaowen.
Even if there were a few losses here and there, she still made some decisions which had helped the company to overcome those losses and even profited a bit from them.
Albeit a bit less compared to what their profits were before, no one would completely support the young man's words at all.
Given Han Xiaowen had just entered the business for less than even 2 years, it was already a lot for her to take care of such a big industry and manage it well enough to even make profits already.
If she were to be given a bit more time and resources, almost everyone was sure that the company would definitely grow under her care just like how it did under her mother, Li Zhiyun's hand.
Seeing the various gazes which were obviously filled with dissatisfaction towards him, the young man who had just said with a loud booming and arrogant tone had his head low.
He had just been employed a few days ago and was not clearly familiar with what Han Xiaowen had done and what were the conditions under which she had been working.
It could be said that in the last half a year, Han Xiaowen would rarely be able to focus on her work and always be with her mother who was in a coma.
