Chapter 586 None Is To Be Blamed
"Ning Jia."
With a downcast voice, Miss Nie called out Little Jia's name.
Ye Qian slowly walked to her.
Of course, the little girl was beaming with joy as she saw her Papa coming to pick her up.
Though she knew that her Papa would be coming to get her home just like how he came to send her off.
It could be said that this was the first time that someone had come to take her back to the house.
Ning Wei had joined the High School for more than 4 years and so it was rarely possible for her to receive Little Jia after school.
And that was why she would still try to send the little girl to school by herself and only to let her come back on the school bus.
Though it didn't help her with saving any money, she knew that at least she should take the little girl to school as this was the only time she could with her little girl.
And that was why she even took a long route to send Little Jia to her school and then take the taxi to the High School.
But even if Little Jai were to only use the school bus for coming back, Ning Wei still had to pay all the charges including that of sending her to school as well.
But this was not what she was worried about.
Being able to send her daughter to school gave her a good feeling, and even though she might have liked to even come to receive her from the school after being realized, she knew that she couldn't due to her work hours.
This was the only guilt in her heart.
As for now, Little Jia was full of smiles after she saw her Papa coming to pick her up from school.
"Hehe, Papa, I missed you so much."
The little girl spread both her hands towards Ye Qian who squatted in front of her and hugged him tightly.
The hug was so tight that some of the people surrounding even felt that the little girl was meeting him after a really long time.
The worry and panic which was still lingering in Ye Qian's heart instantly vanished into thin air as soon as the little girl gripped him.
"Haha, I also missed you."
Ye Qian said while gently patting her back.
Meanwhile, Miss Nie who was standing absentminded glanced at the pair of father and daughter and sighed.
"Mr Ning, our school is sorry for the incident."
It could be said that I being a teacher am more responsible than the school.
"Otherwise, how could Jia have gone to the corner of the garden during lunch."
Some of the parents who were fuming with rage had their anger softened seeing her expression which was filled with genuine repentance.
It could not be wrong to say that she was almost close to crying.
She had definitely heard the numerous parents talking about the incident, and the more she heard about it, the more she felt that she was responsible for all of this.
'If I had been a good teacher and then the other children might have not outcasted Jia and nor would she have gone to the tree.'
She thought in her heart while looking at the few children who were looking at Little Jia with a look sullen faces.
She didn't know the reason why the students behaved with the sweet little girl like this and no matter how much she tried to make them accept the little girl, they never accepted it.
Ye Qian sighed seeing the teacher.
"I don't blame you nor the school."
"This was the first time that such a thing has happened and I clearly was present during the morning in the same place along with my daughter and I had not noticed anything."
It was indeed true that Ye Qian had not felt anything when he was with Little Jia.
If he had noticed then he might have tried to take care of the beast back then and there not giving the beast the chance to even cause any harm to anyone.
"And I just think that it's just a matter of fate that the creature appeared out of nowhere."
Ye Qian said lightly while turning his head to the parents who had quietened down.
"Yes, that's true as well, I heard that there was a security inspection of the school by the department of education of our city and the department graded the School an A, so the snake might have just appeared by some other circumstances."
"And neither could the school be blamed as well."
Many parents nodded and their anger completely cooled down.
Indeed it was real, and under the sudden burst of emotions, they had completely forgotten about thinking about it in sense.
It could be said that after they heard about the incident anger had taken over them and, they didn't think properly due to their worry about their children.
But after hearing Ye Qian's words, they were brought back and everyone agreed.
It had to be known that this young man was the father of the child who might have been harmed in the incident.
And the worst that might have happened was to lose his daughter.
But he didn't get impulsive and still thought things properly.
"He is indeed right, we can't blame the school, and I clearly know how strict the city department's inspections are."
A middle-aged man said, he had been working in the Department of Resources for a long time and clearly knew how strict the inspections were carried out.
And since it was related to the students, the city council was, even more, stricter than usual.
It could be said that Ye Qian's words had cooled down the flames of anger in the hearts of these parents.
And now they had started thinking wisely.
"Yes, it's nothing to be blamed on, we can only say that it was nature's course and also the blessing that the little girl was not harmed in the slightest."
A few nodded accepting the thought quick enough.
